tonio Posted February 4 Report Posted February 4 Hey everyone, I am looking for testimonies of circumcised total tops (on PrEP/HIV-negative) who got infected by hep C. Is it actually possible? If so, what are the odds? Thanks
rawfuckr Posted February 4 Report Posted February 4 Route of transmission of Hep C through anal sex almost certainly requires semen plus rectum trauma. That is, only happens when bottom is bred and has a rectum is torn inside with a path to the bloodstream. There doesn't seem to be a plausible way for a top to get Hep C just from barebacking as cocks rarely bleed during fucking. Additionally, unlike HIV, it seems HCV would only be transmissible when the carrier is in the acute phase and has a high VL, which is a few months window . After that VL comes down and is seems to be negative in semen (Unlike HIV). This could explain why Hep C transmission in men to men sex is not very common. This paper explains all this very clearly: [think before following links] https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4866572/ I'd say the odds for a total top that BBs are extremely low for Hep C, emphasis in total. If you give it up and get bred be aware. Also, fairly clear at this point circumcision status really doesn't matter for STDs, CDC is decades behind on this one. 1
wood Posted May 15 Report Posted May 15 You’re not going to get statistical data on this but yes it’s possible.
Leather69 Posted May 16 Report Posted May 16 I did.. fucking around in Barelin during folsom 9 years ago. 1

Leather69 Posted Saturday at 05:13 AM Report Posted Saturday at 05:13 AM Yep..on PrEP and negative. It was the friday night orgy during the folsom weekend. My pierced cock went into at least a dozen holes during the night.

hntnhole Posted Saturday at 07:09 PM Report Posted Saturday at 07:09 PM What would circumcision have to do with it in the first place? Assuming that hideous act was performed (typically at an extremely early age - as in days, not years after birth), and long before the dick was used for anything other than to piss through. I would imagine that the chances a bug can be contracted by a Cock - circumcised or un - are pretty much equal. 2
Leather69 Posted Saturday at 11:45 PM Report Posted Saturday at 11:45 PM I'm circumcised.. cock pierced with a Prince Albert (pa)

According to the WHO, VMMC (voluntary medical male circumcision) reduces the chance of HIV infection by 50-60% for heterosexual/insertive sex. There are biological reasons to believe these findings also apply to total tops. Hepatitis C is pretty difficult to transmit sexually, especially if HIV negative. Edited Sunday at 10:27 AM by tonio 1
Leather69 Posted Sunday at 10:33 AM Report Posted Sunday at 10:33 AM No @ Tonio... my pa'd cock didn't bleed. It had been at 7mm for over 5 years at that time. cub84 Posted Sunday at 11:13 AM Report Posted Sunday at 11:13 AM Hep C is a principally blood-borne virus and only present in cum at the very initial phase of infection. As with HIV, Hep C infection for tops is rare, it requires some degree of irritation/micro-tearing that exposes blood vessels such that the virus can enter the blood stream. It doesn’t need to be a full on situation where you notice blood, think like how you can get scratched on the hand by a thorn on a rose, you don’t profusely bleed from that but your skin has been broken and there’s a route for something to get into your bloodstream that’s like what happened in Leather69’s case. Somehow a micro-tear will have occurred in the skin of his cock, and either there was a load in one of the bottoms he fucked that came from somehow with a recent Hep C infection or he fucked a bottom with Hep C that had tears in his ass. Fisting notably increases the risk of Hep C because it increases the chances of creating micro-tears in the receiving partner’s ass (or deep tears depending on how rough you are). And obviously sharing needles massively increases the chances. Personally I’ve only know folks contract Hep C through either of these methods not regular fucking, not saying it doesn’t happen that way as Leather69’s case proves, but its just more likely if fisting/shared needles are involved. PrEP has nothing to do with HepC transmission, it only guards against HIV infection. Hep C requires a completely different set of drugs to treat.

JamesL100 Posted Sunday at 06:05 PM Report Posted Sunday at 06:05 PM I recall a lot of research showing HepC infections from toy parties. (Likely that there was sex activity/passivity as well.) The route being HIV/HepC mucus from an infected (knowing or unknown) horny btm hole transferring with cock, fist or toys to the next holes.

[think before following links] [think before following links] [think before following links] https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/9789240072312 The HIV protection from circ is at the very least questionable and quite likely completely false. The subsaharan studies have never been able to be replicated elsewhere and a place like the USA where most are cut high a higher prevalence of HIV. There's may something about the african HIV spread dynamics that could be true but not showing elsewhere. On top of that, of that document you shared from the WHO, 53 pages of it talking about the amazing benefits of botching up your dick in the name of prevention, fails to mention a single study as proof for this strategy (I checked)... The WHO (and bill gates) are running with it. Not a WHO critic but in this case they are backing a strategy without sound data behind it.
