Way wayyyyyy back at the beginning of this thread, I posted a warning that promotion of denialism is not OK. Yup, still true. Goes for Covid as well.

I have been jabbed so many times for Covid that the white card they gave out once the vaccine was available is completely full.  I was boosted in October and the pharmacist laughed telling me I no longer need the card. I keep it, just in case, next to my passport.

But here is my point. I have traveled nationally and internationally since the vaccine because available.  I have been on planes and cruise ships with thousands of people. I have NEVER ONCE gotten Covid.  I have come in contact with thousands of people and not once have I become ill. 

Why?  I continue to follow guidelines,  I am not going down some rabbit hole.  I want to live my life and not have it halted by a virus.

My pharmacist doesn't have to ask me...  He can see my records we've developed over the years.  

I am going to believe my doctor over some dude I've never met in person, much less sans credentials uttering their line of snake oil.  As a society we tried to deal with this in the 1800's and 1900's to counteract snake oil salesmen (who exist throughout human history) and largely succeeded.  Now we have new snake oil sales men trying to get the system to work in their favor.  The unskilled and unqualified leading the charge.

In short, the entire book is an exercise in RFK Jr’s unwarranted arrogance coupled with his unparalleled ignorance, all wrapped up in his astronomical paranoia. He rejects established and demonstrable science in exchange for his own pettiness and unsubstantiated conspiracy nonsense.

Oh so many citations, and yet when people who actually know & understand how to correctly read scientific reports look at the papers those citations are from compared with what RFK said about them, it becomes painfully obvious that RFK is incorrect in his interpretation of them. What he says regarding those citations is the exact opposite of what the citations themselves actually say in context. It’s one thing to complain about people not reading RFK, but if your strongest argument is going to be the citations then you really need to read them.

@SDCumPup since you are able to form this opinion it implies that you DO know how to read or understand scientific reports. If you’d be willing to show us an example of how RFK Jr misinterpreted a report and how you could correctly interpret it, your insight would rise above the level of an ad hominem attack, which is a rhetorical approach people use when they put down the person without addressing the substance of the argument.

Since is painfully obvious to you, would you be willing to give an example? It would be helpful for those of us for whom it’s not as obvious.
