[think before following links] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivermectin_during_the_COVID-19_pandemic Dear White People, You are aware that ANYONE can edit Wikipedia, which is a HIGHLY DYNAMIC single source of truth no? Of course truth changes from ruler to ruler or from profit motive to profit motive. I appreciate our dear enabler RawTop and his wishes that only truth reign. I leave you with only questions rather than anything that could be construed as misinformation. 1) have all scientific insights already been had that the only thing left to do is to agree with all sources of past scientific insight and maybe even declare the end of inquiry? 2) can you, dear censors, think of a time in the past when one predominant interpretation of facts was replaced by a new prevailing interpretation of facts, perhaps the moment that Salem abandoned its scientific tests for witches? 3) from a personal perspective, what do you get out of shutting down diversity of thought? 4) do you remember when homos were the champions of fresh perspective and non-conformity? 5) have you ever PERSONALLY reinterpreted data? 6) what was Albert Einstein’s job when he wrote his papers on Brownian motion, specific relativity, general relativity, etc. and would you count his profession as providing him sufficient certifications for his insights? 7) were Copernicus and Galileo “misinformation spreaders” or are they sufficiently celebrated by the writers of Wikipedia to have homo street-cred? 8 ) have you ever witnessed two people you admire having a formidable debate? 9) Have you heard of an Overton Window? 10) given the number of times per day that you hear things you may disagree with, what % of daily disagreements is your banning and censorship regime addressing? 11) when one acknowledges an infraction, do you picture that the infractor has conformed his thinking? 12) what secret nonconformist thoughts do you have that you are smart enough not to express on this great site? 13) on a scale of 1 - 10, how manly would you rate a conformist? 14) how deeply is it necessary to go to understand uniquely-understood truths: Wikipedia-level depth or many-perspectives depth? 15) how BAD is it to be wrong, intellectually unpopular, or to have evidence of truths that the vast majority of homos simply lack, being highly reliant upon tailored sources of information subsidized by the profiteers? 16) did you ever see the play/movie with Meryl Streep as the nun with “Doubt”? 17) do you think you have access to all facts? 18) do you think all existing facts support your opinions, or might some facts support alternate opinions? 19) is there only black and white in your mental model or is there gray? 20) in your way of thinking, do liars exist and is it possible that they were motivated to write for Wikipedia? 21) is it true or false for you that lairs are at least sometimes motivated by the profit motive? 22) is it true or false for you that liars are likely to dress like truth-tellers, maybe even priests (or lab workers)? 23) have you ever been forgiven for making a mistake and either way how did that affect your interest in the forgiver’s perspective? 24) how many times have you made fun of “fascist” Italy or the Stalinist “Soviet Union” or the anti-homosexual Hollywood Hayes Code, and if so how much time have you spent exploring your blind spots? 25) it is said that scientific revolutions only occur when old scientists die: do you feel this is a reasonable insight or one that if expressed by a fellow bareback homo should be banned? very respectfully but stimulated highly by your future answers (wishing for myself an intense brain erection) 1 1 3

They're getting more frequent & louder 🤣🤣🤣. This AM, Australia 🇦🇺 got a VERY BIG earthquake strength jolt when a reporter asked Trump about the AUKUS deal. "AH, WHAT'S THAT🤔??? " He's an IDIOT 😱. 1 1
Moderators viking8x6 Posted February 28 Moderators Report Posted February 28 @nanana re your screed Yup. Aware of all that. Commenting specifically and exclusively on my statement that @insatiableholeinTO's is false: "Deaths...would not have been" has no truth value, as we cannot know what would have happened in a hypothetical case; "now approved against Covid" is demonstrably false. Q.E.D. Way wayyyyyy back at the beginning of this thread, I posted a warning that promotion of denialism is not OK. Yup, still true. Goes for Covid as well. <edit re your item 2> "very small rocks" 😉 2
ellentonboy Posted February 28 Report Posted February 28 I have been jabbed so many times for Covid that the white card they gave out once the vaccine was available is completely full. I was boosted in October and the pharmacist laughed telling me I no longer need the card. I keep it, just in case, next to my passport. But here is my point. I have traveled nationally and internationally since the vaccine because available. I have been on planes and cruise ships with thousands of people. I have NEVER ONCE gotten Covid. I have come in contact with thousands of people and not once have I become ill. Why? I continue to follow guidelines, I am not going down some rabbit hole. I want to live my life and not have it halted by a virus. 1 4

They've never bothered me at all, so why not take a professional's advice? 3
PozBearWI Posted February 28 Report Posted February 28 My pharmacist doesn't have to ask me... He can see my records we've developed over the years. I am going to believe my doctor over some dude I've never met in person, much less sans credentials uttering their line of snake oil. As a society we tried to deal with this in the 1800's and 1900's to counteract snake oil salesmen (who exist throughout human history) and largely succeeded. Now we have new snake oil sales men trying to get the system to work in their favor. The unskilled and unqualified leading the charge.

Also the wikipedia article you quoted indicate that many countries have approved ivermectin for use “Countries that have granted such official approval for ivermectin include the Czech Republic,[56] Slovakia,[56]Mexico,[59] Peru (later rescinded),[60][61] India[62][63](later rescinded),[64] and the Philippines.[65] “ I don't see anywhere in insatiableholeTOs original post about a specific jurisdiction. (He’s from Toronto.) Since assertive speculation sounds off limits, I’ll just say, thanks for enabling us you have a difficult job. 1
nanana Posted March 1 Author Report Posted March 1 For rockstar @viking8x6 can you clarify whether 8 is your girth or length (and if girth diameter or circumference?)
SDCumPup Posted 9 hours ago Report Posted 9 hours ago On 3/25/2024 at 6:50 PM, nanana said: Curious if any of you read the book? It would suggest that condoms are useless but avoiding poppers may be wise. Thoughts? That’s the most paranoid, misinformed, misleading, ignorant, incorrect, incoherent, absurd, nonsensical, dishonest, completely false, and utterly useless piece of garbage that’s ever been published, and I’ve read Mein Kampf! Robert Kennedy Jr has absolutely no idea what the hell he’s talking about. He doesn’t know or understand how to read scientific reports, yet he cites several of them in the book. He doesn’t know how to identify and approach recognized experts in relevant fields of science, yet he has no problem giving his own opinion about those fields of science and specific topics in them. He doesn’t know how to frame questions to recognized scientific experts in order to get a relevant answer in a form that can be easily understood and supported by scientific evidence, yet again he has no problem offering his uninformed opinions. He has no frame of reference regarding these fields of science and what criteria are used to establish a recognized expert, yet he asserts that he is qualified to pass judgement on who is or isn’t such an expert and their actions. He doesn’t have any experience or training in the methods employed by the experts in these fields in how they conduct their research, yet he asserts that he is qualified to determine whether or not those methods are suitable and sufficient. In short, the entire book is an exercise in RFK Jr’s unwarranted arrogance coupled with his unparalleled ignorance, all wrapped up in his astronomical paranoia. He rejects established and demonstrable science in exchange for his own pettiness and unsubstantiated conspiracy nonsense.

RFK Jr is just maintaining the overall family crackpotism (and boy oh boy, there's more than a Century's worth of unsavoury stuff that I could list - but it would turn into a "TLDR"). To put things into perspective, in terms of people met in history, the late Queen Elizabeth II probably met the most ever. Fauci has saved - or helped to save - DOZENS more times the people that even she met. I wouldn’t say that he’s maintaining any sort of family related crackpotism/crackpottery. His entire family has essentially disowned him because of his conspiracy nonsense. I refuse to call them theories as that elevates them to a pseudoscientific status, and I simply can’t in good conscience do that. I’m willing to go as far as label them conspiracy ideas, but that’s it.

Oh so many citations, and yet when people who actually know & understand how to correctly read scientific reports look at the papers those citations are from compared with what RFK said about them, it becomes painfully obvious that RFK is incorrect in his interpretation of them. What he says regarding those citations is the exact opposite of what the citations themselves actually say in context. It’s one thing to complain about people not reading RFK, but if your strongest argument is going to be the citations then you really need to read them.
nanana Posted 3 hours ago Author Report Posted 3 hours ago 5 hours ago, SDCumPup said: He doesn’t know or understand how to read scientific reports, yet he cites several of them in the book. @SDCumPup since you are able to form this opinion it implies that you DO know how to read or understand scientific reports. If you’d be willing to show us an example of how RFK Jr misinterpreted a report and how you could correctly interpret it, your insight would rise above the level of an ad hominem attack, which is a rhetorical approach people use when they put down the person without addressing the substance of the argument. 4 hours ago, SDCumPup said: Oh so many citations, and yet when people who actually know & understand how to correctly read scientific reports look at the papers those citations are from compared with what RFK said about them, it becomes painfully obvious that RFK is incorrect in his interpretation of them Since is painfully obvious to you, would you be willing to give an example? It would be helpful for those of us for whom it’s not as obvious. Thanks in advance, NaNaNa
