Bottoming on Ozempic

Recommended Posts

I've read that Ozempic and similar weight-loss drugs slows digestion and can cause intestinal issues. Are there any bottoms here using Ozempic (or similar drug)? If so, any issues with cleaning out or getting fucked?

I found the digestive issues caused by Ozempic were transient. Once my body adjusted to it, they largely went away. I will sometimes have an issue with erratic bowels the day I take the shot (It is a once a week injection for those who do not know), but the rest of the time it is fine.

Bottoms using ozempic to look more skinny? Why are hot bears doing that to themselves? Men look better chubby, not when they look like twigs🤦‍♂️

Ozempic isn't being prescribed so that "chubby" guys can look like twigs. It's a drug originally created for Type 2 diabetes management that proved to also provide some benefit for weight loss. When it's prescribed for the latter, it's generally for people who are clinically (or morbidly) obese and who have trouble managing their weight through diet and exercise alone.

For HIV-positive people, management of weight is especially important as obesity is a complicating factor for diabetes and kidney function, which in some cases can already be impaired to some degree by HIV medications.

No, I am a Type 2 Diabetic. It makes it much easier to keep my blood glucose on track.
I have lost a little weight, but I am also paying a lot more attention to what I eat now. I was only diagnosed a couple of years ago.

I will echo constipation and the gastrointestinal chaos of the first day after the injection. But overall it’s much easier for me to clean out taking it. And the reduced appetite also means a lot less food is circulating through your system.

I’m not taking ozempic, but wegovy for about 6 weeks now.  In truth I’m comfortable with being chubby but throw in HIV, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes something has to be done. I find cleaning myself out is a little easier now since I don’t eat as much most of the time.

So my first shot of compounded semaglutide was Saturday at the starter dose of 8 units which is 0.2mg.

I've struggled with my weight since I was 5. I've been overweight my whole life and obese for most of it. My blood pressure is borderline high (high enough to statistically lead to worse life outcomes but not high enough to "treat"). Same with my blood sugar levels. Elevated and pre-diabetic. I did a lot of research and decided to go ahead and start.

I generally top because it is a whole hell of a lot easier to find bottoms than tops. But I've been paying attention to the changes my digestion and also douching every other day or so just to check on it.

I was usually taking 5 fiber pills daily previously. For the first few days it just seemed like only the fiber was making it through.

I didn't take fiber today and will take a few days break to see how my system works without any supplements.

One thing I have noticed is that my desire to drink alcohol is greatly reduced, particularly wine. I was drinking a bottle a night (after a cocktail) and since Saturday I've had a half a bottle I struggled to get through Saturday night and take most of the night to finish one cocktail. I think a ton of the weight I'm dropping is simply because it has killed my desire to drink.

On the sex side it has not yet had any real impact to my sex drive. It did make the ecstasy come on quicker and has generally made my Viagra a bit slower to take effect. Even though I've only lost a couple pounds, I'm feeling more confident because I feel like I'm in control of my life more, if that makes any sense.

Thanks for this. I’m a interested in the effects it seems to have on compulsive and addictive behaviors (like your wine), from a clinical perspective as well as the difference between how it affects sexual compulsive behavior vs substances and particularly cigarette smoking.

id love to hear more about the experiences of other members and how these drugs affect folks with our kinds of predilections:)

Lol, "more skinny"??? I have never in my life been skinny. I will never be skinny. I just wish to be a healthy weight and not die of a heart attack.
