Well done.

I have a very sick sense of humour (sarcasm), so THANK GOD for these guys. They just keep my laughter button pressed until it hurts.

on Recent Events.

So yesterday was a big one in FL and WI.  As it turns out, it was a big day for all folks of good will too.

While both FL candidates were Republicans, the chances of a Democrat winning either of these seats was absolutely nil, as both seats are in the reddest of the red districts.  The only question would be, what kind of point-spread would there be?  To (almost) everyone's surprise, the point spread was approximately half of the spread during the regular election.  This is a promising flag for the minority party, and a red-flag warning to the party in power.  No one doubted that Republicans would win - only the margin would count.

Things were even more surprising in Wisconsin*.  When the Muskrat came dancing out onto the stage, complete with a foam-rubber "cheesehead" on his noggin, with all the money (literally) in the World, lo and behold - the nonsensical Wisconsinites said no, and he failed to get the Republican candidate over the top.  Again, the point-spread was rather dramatically shifted to the Liberal's favor.

Thus, the current Administration's seemingly complete grip on power has been clearly and firmly challenged, with these electoral results in two very different areas of the country.  Some overly-hopeful person might say this is the harbinger of victories to come, but  I don't believe in magic.  I believe in work - doing the work, alongside thousands of similarly-minded citizens, all across the nation.

And that's what it will take - work - and then some more work to right the Ship of State here in America.  That said, every victory, however small, will certainly lead to the saving of the Nation.  Do something.  Get up off the chair, get in touch with one (or three) of the countless local organizations, and do something.  Tomorrow I'm heading to some small burg (apparently) just South of Ft. L., for a demonstration.  If I can, you can too.  Rouse the rabble.  Shout the slogans.  Make protest-signs.  Do it proudly.  Sitting around crabbing about this or that won't help.  DO something.

I wasn't surprised with Wisconsin vote (being an poll worker here).  Even tesla-boy's show in Green Bay where the two one-million dollar payouts occurred, the crowd reaction with very much NOT friendly to him.

Lot's of "trump" signs in our town came down Monday...

Hasn't he stated that "I take no responsibility at all"? It doesn't seem to matter how badly the economy and market crashes, or how many people die as a result of his policies or the incompetence of his loyalists carrying it out, His Orange Hindness Queen Donnie the Dimwitted only gets credit, never any blame.

None of this is taking place nor has it happened under President Trump and that's why it "doesn't seem to matter."

And it certainly doesn't matter to  pro(*RE*)gressive leftoid dolts who could give a rats fu€kin ass about what's true and what isn't. They're not interested in that. Truth? Pfft! Fu¢¢k truth! It's not about truth. It's about fitting the liberal narrative so to better help their agenda in their pathetically desperate attempt to reclaim the power they've since lost. That's #1. Truth and reality, ESPECIALLY reality -that's a distant #2nd.

Who cares if it's leftist ideological horseshit. It fits the lib narrative so just go with it.

They are as nauseating as they are cringe.

This nightmare with the current administration will never end

Welllllllllllll ...... no one lives forever .......

Whether they die in office, or in the clink serving time - natural causes or un - everyone gets to go see what's next, if anything, at some point.

As Bessie Smith once sang:  "Fiery furnace, down below - if you ain't right, down you go .....".  I think the title of that one is Moan, you Moaners.

Playing piano in all those decrepit old dive-bars on the South Side years ago (the Checkerboard being the most well known), did allow me to discover a whole 'nother world .... and thank Whatever for it.

Of course ... many times, particularly and spectacularly when it's crystalline that he's completely, totally responsible.  The current debacle in what passes for "policy" - the absolute tanking of the markets, the tariffs creating the worst financial havoc since November 1929, the fact that no one but him could have committed this act, and still he's blathering ill-informed, dull, beginner-class foolishness while the Financial World Burns is just one - if gigantically harmful - example.
