Cock was definitely being used to mean the breeding organ of men since at least the 1610s, although there's scholarship to support it being as early as the 1450s, and right through up until the present day. So with the tenure of the word established, I think it makes the idea that it's a "geezer word" (Whatever that means) look pretty silly.

Dick and cock get used pretty interchangeably where I'm from. Dick probably more there, versus cock more here in the US. Cum, jizz, and splooge are common words for sperm where I'm from, in the US I use cum, seed, and nut pretty interchangeably.

I tend to use the terms that men use themselves most of the time. I've heard "Take that nut" and "I'm gonna nut" a lot.
