Republicans need to return to grassroots & Democrats need to pull back from this ultimately destructive "WOKEISM", that is having a big impact on the rise of nationalism (Trump, Putin, Oban etc) throughout the world. Australia 🇦🇺 is already beginning to feel the backlash of Trumps victory, with a significant rise in rhetoric from our Liberal/National coalition (equivalent to US Republicans & UK Conservatives). Immigration being of primary attention. Like the US this is a national problem & it needs to be dealt with, by governments & not via the Court systems - BLEEDING HEARTS, in a manner that gives national citizens their full entitlements of said, citizenship.

Legal & humanitarian responsibilities are a double edged sword. The legal to Israel & the humanitarian to the people of Gaza, the West Bank & Lebanon. Biden & Harris are not dictators (agreed) but, they have failed both the Ukrainian & the Palestinian peoples by their less than vocal rhetoric to bring the greatest degree of pressure for the required humanitarian outcomes. As for the legal guarantee to Ukraine (1994) , by the US & other Western governments, of complete protection from Russia, if they surrendered their nuclear armourments. That is a betrayal that ALL NATO countries must bare equally. As in Australia, this chaotic rise of the extreme Right is a direct response to the movement of the left: your Dems, our Labor, the UK's Labor etc, to the absurd levels of left wing WOKEISM that has been garnered over the last 20yrs or so. The Wests political & civil authorities appear to have lost all degree of common sense, logic & the realities that most people live with & wish for their families & communities. The rebuilding of cohesion, stability & pride in country will not be easy & it will not happen tomorrow but, I believe that it can be done. Strangely, I do agree with much of Trumps right wing policies but, it is the vitriolic, hurtful, racist, discriminatory, narcissistic & mysogynistic manner in which he delivers his message, that offends. Knowing the speed (SLOW) which any court system operates WHO WILL actually govern 🤔?? as it could be 6 or 12 months before courts finally decide the elections legitimacy. GOD WILLING he will be persuaded to accept his loss😵‍💫😵‍💫.

So sorry for you struggle. I had CA Rectum in 2022 & had clean recovery. Because of weight loss I had to have a PEG (feeding tiube) inserted. Not exactly the same but the stoma care is same. Look after YOU, everyone else takes a backseat. Cleanliness is vital. Having nursed "bowels" I found that mental health was HUGE. Fears of odour around others, leakage showing through clothing & worst of all bursting bags. Hygiene is easy but mentally decide that NO ONE will get you, no matter what. Develope a tough skin, people are remarkably sympathetic & most IMPORTANTLY. Make sure you keep your sense of humour, it does get very dark but, you will proudly become a member of the group that only people like: nurses, emergency services & the worst of them all - bitchy Gay men, are members of. I got onto a crowded train, at peak hour, standing as usual. Then had a case of explosive diarrhoea. Best part was I travelled next 10 stations in an empty carriage & had the choice of any seat I wanted, LoL 😂 😂 . Hope this offers a small bit of comfort & the train story is just one of many, many other TRUE personal accidents. I could write a book.
