I'm not sure I get the question. Are you talking about the producer supplying actors and filming a "scene" and then YOU would own the content? Most producers pay the actors per job, so they generally wouldn't pay an actor to be in your scene. Im sure there are cameramen who would film anything you wanted them to, but I doubt they'd provide the "talent".
