There's a PrEP trial going on by the GGD (local medical services) in Amsterdam for a selected group. One of my chat buddies (top) is on it. So not widely/commonly available yet unfortunately. You can probably google it with Amsterdam/GGD/PrEP or similar.

Thanks! I just wondered. Not available in the UK either. One would have thought that if it was so effective it would be past the trial stage in both places.

Yep. Not sure why they are doing a trial either. I believe they are trying two ways of taking PrEP: 1) take medication every day (as in the US) and 2) just take it before/after you have sex. Don't know why they don't rely on the results from the US trials.
