    The lube issue is important. A syringe with no needle or a dedicated lube shooter will get it in deep. Once it's in properly you don't need to pull out and reapply as it works itself back out as and when it's needed. Water based is easy to clean up but gets tacky as the water is absorbed by your body. Silicon is hard to clean up, doesn't get tacky and isn't absorbed by the body so it last a long time. It does tend to be quite thin so the sensations almost like not being lubed at all. I truly believe that healthcare should function outside of any profit based system but isn't it logical to create a system of universal healthcare seeing as it would save the US $1'062'750'000'000 a year?     The primary active ingredient in Tri-Mix is Alprostadil. Not sure if this is available in other countries but in the UK you can get it in pellet form that you put in your urethra.     Thats the great thing about London. It's very compact and has a pretty good integrated public transport system. Essentially you are usually less than 45 minutes away from everything.     bathhouses are a good place to start.     Chariots at Waterloo never gets the level of business that it deserves. Its a good sized venue with good facilities thats easy to get to. More padding in the smaller rooms would be good and they could sacrifice one of the two dry saunas to make a proper darkroom accessed from the glory hole room.
