Problem can be twofold. HIV and meds can affect testosterone level, you might want to have that checked. Also, crystal meth does affect brain chemistry. Usually too deep of a clean job is the problem. Rule of thumb is a couple douches, take some Immodium, a few more 30 minutes later. Don't go too deep or you'll have problems. Now if fisting is involved, that's a whole other production number, and that takes some careful planning. But, as has been mentioned here, remember guys, that hole does have a day job ;-)

Yeah, seaguy, I think it was a bad hookup as well.
