The doctor prescribed few or insurance is only allowing few ? If you are in the USA just use a coupon like goodrx. Sometimes it's even cheaper than the ins copay and there's no quantity limits other than what you are prescribed

The WHO (and bill gates) are running with it. Not a WHO critic but in this case they are backing a strategy without sound data behind it. -
Swinging by London first week of December, and while I do enjoy monday and thursdays at the vault139 which are quite fun I'm ready to explore other places of unfethered open BB action. I travel quite a bit and the answer is very location specific and tied directly to PrEP availability. In places like the USA I can't remember the last time anyone mentioned condoms and BB is the absolute normal again. In some euro countries where PrEP coverage is shaky you'll see a lot more condoms and BB is not quite the standard and needs to be negotiated.

I was at the sauna yesterday and had a very productive afternoon. I'm talking about daily real adherence. That study adds to the high adherence group people who were skipping doses here and there. With daily adherence truvada is north of 99% clearly. So if you are capable of taking a pill and a day you'll still be ahead efficacy wise from the injectables.

OP here. Just to make it super clear , and people can do whatever they want with this info, I got hep C strictly trom getting fucked bare. I've never done drugs (other than alcohol and poppers) and I know with complete certainty I got Hepatitis C from getting bummed, with the number of partners and group sex being a factor. -

Interesting question. Somehow I do care and I sometimes I do semen analysis including sperm morphology and count to see what's going on. Doing well in this test so far. -
Main issue for me with wegovy (semaglutide) in higher doses is constipation. This is good and bad. Good because makes stool pattern more predictable. Bad because it's harder to clean out.

Update. Got my SVR12 (sustained virological response at 12 weeks) test back, and I'm still hep C undetectable after 12 weeks of stopping the pills so that gives me the official "cured" diagnosis. Overall incredibly grateful to whoever developed these hep c drugs as they are night and day from what we had just a few years ago. I'm so lucky to have caught this at this time. -
Well, that's a bit of the problem isn't it? Some of us go in whoredom trips where we'll be slutting for a whole week and if we do 200mg doxy every day.. we are at a higher risk of side effects?

I take doxycycline (200mg) every time after I fuck raw ( fuck or get fucked) regardless of risk profile (no issues here with supply, one medical RXes a bunch and they are essentially free). I haven't tested + again for the bacterial ones since I started doxypep. I was testing + on those frequently before. Seems to be working for me. I get a bit concerned if I'm on vacation and I've popped 200mg every day but I don't notice any side effects from it.

How are you doing these days howller? This sounds horrendous. I've heard a few stories of syphilis going terribly wrong even on early phases of the infection so people should not take it lightly. -
I was able to buy poppers at Nostromo in Barcelona. There were only 2 choices, small bottle for 20 euro and big bottle for 25 euro. Can pay with card. Both of them were isopropyl (checked the labels).

I may check IDM on sundays. My 'go-to' for sundays in Paris had always been xkboys (the old Le bunker). But with the new management they are allowing no dress code sundays and the vibe has changed.
