So here's a testimony of DoxyPEP working.. so far. None of my 2022 PrEP quartely labs came clean. Usually chlamydia, sometimes chlamydia+gono. This past 3 months, with 200ish cocks going into my ass during the xmas break and a good amount wrapping my cock too.. PrEP labs all clean. Too early to tell if doxypep is making a difference but this looks promising. -

Looking forward to visit this march for the bear thing. Strong Construction was where it was for me last time. Nothing super amazing, but got bred and bred myself a few times every night. The SF doxyPEP study claims 50% reduction for gono taking doxy, but I've never seen that number replicated on doxyPrEP/PEP elsewhere.. so has to be taken with a grain of salt. Even then it would be way lower than syphilis and chlamidia. You can't really avoid STDs anywhere if you have a large number of partners and have an additional vector of infection (your ass) additionally to your mouth. 3 months testing is a good cadence if you don't have symptoms, and at the moment all things are very treatable. Hopefully it will stay like that. Definitely get an RX for doxy.. any gay friendly doctor should be able to give you one now with the data from SF.

It's not impossible, but highly unlikely, that if you are testing PCR negative in your bum a week later after the action you were + that day. I'd retest soon and tell the clinic you've been around people with chlamydia. At the end of the day we all get stuff. More importantly it's usually impossible to tell who gave what to whom and we should be adults, be cool, and inform people involved without pointing fingers. Doesn't seem your host is at that level, and that's not your fault.

I talk from personal experience, got chlam infection that crawled back through the urethra into the ball sack and turn into a pyocele, which made my balls be 5x the normal size, completely swollen and extremely bothersome and concerning. Ended in ER and there was talk of surgery but thankfully antibiotics worked fine. While it was all fine here you can see how this could turn the wrong way for some people. Now, I've been fooling around for over a decade on PrEP and I've got asymtomaticish gono and chlam dozens of times that were treated promptly without much consequence. The math still works in my head.. but people need to be aware sometimes things may turn south.

does any one have any idea what's the best time to take doxyPEP? From the SF study all they say is the next 72 hours.. but that feels too long. Also for some reason, I think there's a 'too early' period to take it, like right after fucking. I'm just doing next day but I wish there was more info on when its the optimal time. -
BBing per-se doesn't dramatically increase your chances of catching something. If you look at the stats people get bacterial stuff in the bum about ~66% while oral is the rest. So BBing will 3x your chances versus oral only without a condom, which is about the same order of magnitude. What does matter is the number of people you hook up with which barebackers tend to have high numbers of.

I guess it's not my/our imagination reading all these how much of nosedive the apps/sites have taken in the last 5 years or so. A friend of mine labeled San Francisco a 'dick dessert' to exemplify how hard it is to get cock, any cock, in SF through the apps. We have to welcome a new cruising bar in Barcelona right in the middle of the gay area called Men Factory. Keller on the "Butt fucker" event is probably the best what Paris has to offer in terms of BB action. Truly unfettered raw fucking everywhere. Sadly it happens once monthly... they do have "Secret fucker" where they enforce people to wear a mask, and can be fun too but weird. I've stopped going to Secteur X or Full metal. vault139 is very mixed. Like literally everything for everyone. At the same time it can be bit clickish with a bunch of folks with the "blue prince" syndrome. But many nights things just unfold and everyone is fucking everybody else which is great. Specially mon and thurs.

Why is it that many guys that come to vault 139 just don't do a thing? Don't get me wrong, I always have fun and fuck quite a bit here so I'm good.
