Wanted to start a brand new post to spread the word about DoxyPEP and how effective it actually is. I know this is a n=1 sample but take it for what it is. I can speak for San Francisco Cumunion. Everything changed with the change from 442 natoma to the new 1060 Folsom location. The new location is just not great: too sparse, and toilets are never working properly: god save you if you need to pee/shit or else.. Swinging by Berlin next week for about 8 days, mostly to explore the cruise scene there. Yes. Condal is a completely different sauna today. They changed the layout and most of the regular clientele left. I've had little issue with doctors prescribing HPV vaccine (Gardasil 9) off label. They just need to be a little knowledgeable on the matter and they'll accept right away. This is a tiny hole in the wall of a bar, There's the bar downstair and then the upstairs area for play. The play area is way bigger than the bar itself. Men's bar: Mens bar downstairs, is just a big dark room on the bottom floor of Men's. If there's too many people this place is too chaotic to bother, but when there's less of a crowd in town I've found it quite condusive to good fucking and play. Has little rooms, dark areas of all types... This place has a higher effort bar than the others. It's just your standard walk around and cruise kind of dark room, but if you know how to work it you'll score plenty. There's all the other places, XXL, Attack, the sauna during the day, Alcatraz, and a bunch of dark rooms in nogalera. Also bars get going late, other than cuero that's very much a 23:00 to 01:00 deal, The others will open 22:00ish and won't get going till 23 or midnight. so be aware of this cadence. I'd say hard not to have fun whenever you go. And hey, Torre has a beautiful expansive beach, and lovely old part of town that gets you there.

You can't buy truvada in Spain officially. It's only dispensed through the Spanish PrEP program You also can't buy drugs from abroad BUT the loophole is that if they are shipped from the EU they are no customs so no one will check. Personally I think treating when in doubt is always the way to go. If it was truly a + case, great you treated it, if it wasn't too bad. Most HPV infections resolve themselves with time, but a few will cause trouble. Given how prevalent HPV is, you get a ton of cancer from it in the general population at large. See my previous post, but the vaccine will prevent new infections, whatever the type, at any age. Officially the vax is now recommended for gay men up to 45 years of age, but anyone can get it (you have to pay after 45). The only reason for this criteria is to same money to the insurers and the 'system'.

This is not exactly correct. The vaccine will not do anything for an ongoing infection: HPV infections are localized infections in the specific areas of your skin, where some cell's nucleus in those areas have been modified by HPV and become abnormal. For example the infection in the anus is always localized in specific areas of the upper layers of the skin. Hopefully the infection resolves itself, but when it doesn't the altered cells become cancerigenous and can spread around. The take away is this localization of the infection. While HPV vax won't do anything for an ongoing infected area it will prevent HPV settling in a new area, whatever the type maybe, even if you have the same type somewhere else, reducing your overall chances of trouble.
