    Hi Seattlebottom thanks for your insight; if you have osteoporosis and are on PREP and suffer no bone loss; thats really great news! Im glad for you and you helped put my mind at ease about that issue; because if you havent suffered bone loss and you already have osteoporosis; then that means the bone loss from PREP is very rare, and youre right we dont know what really happened with the poster's situation; so ill just go on taking my PREP and living fearless for a change

    That is exactly what i am thinking makingwords; all these years ive drove myself nuts asking questions such as are u tested, are you neg, blah blah even when i used condoms; the last thing i need is to be popping a pill everyday and asking; are u neg or poz? Are u on meds, undetectable or dont know? Not to forget a study just concluded that you do indeed lose bone density in the first 6 months on truvada; so now not only do i have bone loss, but have to worry about high viral loads? However; there is something off about this story, so i wont draw any conclusions just yet

    So the guy that that posted about getting infected while on PREP posted a new response today, im a little confused as to what he said; he's stating that he contracted a strain that is resistant to PREP? how would someone come in contact with such a strain? ugh i hope there's more to this story here's his post: My gene testing results are in. It now makes sense why Truvada failed despite 100% adherence. The virus that I have is resistant to emtricitabine, one of Truvada's ingredients. I am not resistant to Tenofovir, the other ingredient, which my doctor thinks is why my viral load is so low (1000) even after an estimated 3 months of infection. It also turns out the virus I have is resistant to lamivudine and rilpivirine, and is possibly resistant against didanosine. It looks like this is going to greatly limit the medications I can use since most of the "gentler" treatment options contain lamivudine, ripulviriene, and/or or emtriciatabine. I'm pretty terrified about it right now. I'm awaiting another CD4/viral load result and then have plans to see the HIV-specialist my doctor has been consulting with. I'm also thinking of seeing another HIV specialist for a second opinion on treatment (both what and when). If you know anyone taking Truvada, please let them know not to rely on it exclusively. There are mutations of the virus out there resistant to the two drugs in Truvada.

    Seriously u guys, its one thing to wanna get on PREP to BB, but i don't get the concept of being thrilled and excited about getting a "POZ" or non medicated load dumped in me; at this point you are pushing the boundaries and being flat out presumptuous; even though im on PREP i don't go around seeking out poz loads just for the heck of it; ill dump my load in a poz bottom; albeit; when an un-medicated load finds a loophole and is indeed successful to infect someone on PREP; they may end taking it off the market or lawsuits; ruining it for us who are trying to still BB but be cautious about it, i am so over this "gay community"

    Although it is not available in any part of Europe at this time, i believe it wont be long before it is; the main reason i was and still am "deathly" afraid of it is because ive always wanted to have kids, and still do; and up until last year it was literally impossible for a poz guy to have biological kids, unfortunately i haven't moved in that direction till i own my own home and financially stable enough to bring a child into this world, and also i almost died from bacterial meningitis in 2007; all those needles and nurses and doctors around me 24/7 scared me out of wanting to do clinicals regularly if i was infected, i noticed you are into party&play; that is a very dangerous lifestyle to be involved in; alot of guys have also become poz p&playing here in the USA; i don't do any type of drugs, except marijuana, because as far as im concerned, honestly sex is my drug of choice lol.     So it turns out my doc appt and everything went well; her in Pittsburgh doctors are very informed about PREP ive been on PREP for 2 weeks now; and although i am excited to finally let the horny tiger in me come out full blast and enjoy sex to the fullest; im still afraid and unsure the medication can protect me 99% even taken everyday; i just cant wrap my mind around convincing myself a virus ive been deathly afraid of and panicked over for years cannot infect me; its a very difficult and incredible concept to accept; somehow i still feel if there is a what if? or a maybe? i know im sounding paranoid; but i also feel maybe if i just stick to topping BB i will not feel as scared and paranoid; eventually once i feel more comfortable ill flip flop fuck like there's no tomorrow haha, any of you guys had that initial fear or insecurity as to BB when you first started on the PREP?

    what mlg of cialis do you take? the last doc i went ot give me a 30 day free sample of 30 pills 5mlgs, and ive got to tell you the effect has decreased since i started taking them, he did give me a 30 daily supply; but ive only taken them when i know im having sex, i tried having sex last week and i couldnt even get hard although it was BB, now im trying a new method i researched online on redit called "NO FAP" basically no masturbation or sex activity for 90 days to see if you can get your sex drive back, ill let you know how it goes, on my 8 day now

    Sounds Interesting, but my symptoms are a little different and the stressful relationship has been over since april 2013 Low sex drive, muscle fatigue, short of breath, coffee makes me feel deathly ill, low energy, (my multivitamin helps)my joints sometimes hurt, erectile dysfunction has gotten worse and worse overtime, and even cialis only helps "moderately" also i had a few muscle twitches a few months back, i used to lift weights regularly;now i become fatigued quickly after a few sets, my penis has this dead feeling, and i just realized today i don't even get morning woodies anymore, but the most prominent symptoms are (ED, Short breath, muscle fatigue, low energy levels) ive concluded its either; nerve damage or lo testosterone, as ive had multiple std's test, and multiple urinalysis, doctors cant seem to find out what's my issue, until then ill have no choice but to deal with it or find out what is wrong

    I've had testosterone tests done, and they said it was low but not low enough to be addressed, never taught of having them check my estrogen levels; that may explain why sometimes it looks like i have man boobs even though i light weights lmao
