My brother is now 19 and wants to join this site and BBRT. He is on PrEP for a long time and does not do T or G Do you think he should join site like these.

He is responsible for himself, and to those to whom he is indebted. It's up to him and you. I see no reason he should not join, however.

Your brother is well old enough to make his own decisions. He'll clearly still look up to you but also needs space to develop his own future. We all need support through life though and it's clear you're always going to be there for him whatever path he chooses. Good luck to you both.....
