When I came out at 18, I used to remember what the hankies meant. Now at 52, it's a distant memory.
Are the colours and dots (spots) still used by gay men today? In what cities?

navy blue with white dots is a little known flag for barebacking. I cannot even find it anywhere. Regardless you should tell your brother to stop wearing that or he must flag a color switch it to his left side until he is older. (p.s. are you really sure about his innocence? Kids today know a lot more than we may think they know)
