Yes, Slammer Ft. L. does, however they run out of lockers fairly early in the evening.  They also have small lockboxes (wallets, keys, etc).  Some guys just strip, fold /stack their clothes in some corner, and hope for the best.  I wouldn't do that, but ... 

I've never been to the Slammer out west, so I can't comment on any difference between the two.
