No definitely not walkable you need to catch a bus or cab from the 7 line.

There's a lot of sex available but I do recommend that one tempers one's expectations. Especially if your looking for shall we say young gym bodied type, you may be harder pressed to find a good time.

Yes, there is sex in most places. Not sure how far the number 7 train is however. 
The admission is $15 but but you can get coupons on line.

No, this is not walk you want to do -its too far!  At the 7 station go down to terminal Bus Area and find Q49 -this is the first stop and its usually the first lane - first bus - take that bus and it will be about 20-30 min with traffic- it will go down 89th and turn on Astorial Blvd-the actual bus stop -stop right in front of theater -so easy .      Then to return take Q49 at the Burger King - you'll see the stop on 92nd Street. its runs all night.

Also, tip-the weekend afternoons are really good times to go at least they used to be-- its an older crowd and can mixed so go with open mind -you'll have a better time- they have lockers for $ 4 deposit which you get back when u return the locker so put your things away -keys, id etc - so you don't lose them if your clothes come off in darkroom toilet or the little porn theater.  Don't end up on the pile of IDs sitting at the ticketbooth frontdesk 🙂

I have been going to this place since the 80's, it is the next best thing to a bath house.

If you like diversity, this is the place for you. 

Before Covid they offered free coffee, donuts, hot dogs and pizza.

I never when there to eat, but it was a nice gesture.

Lots of homeless would hang out there, get a free meal and a BJ.

I personally do enjoy the diversity, I had some of the best fucks from the least likely I’ve people.

Went to the East Side Club this weekend. Price went up by two dollars and they check proof of covid vaccine when checking in. They do honor all memberships that were current in 2020 and did not expire before the shutdown. Time limits for rooms have been reduced to four hours from six.
Movie room, dry sauna and wet sauna all open and running.  They did put up hand sanitizing in random locations.
Until word of mouth passes around the crowd size will increase. It was the first weekend they opened, and it is Pride Weekend so give it some time. It was good to see some of the workers there again.

Ok, so I checked out Fair Theater for the first time today.  I have to say, you guys who say it's too far to walk from the 7 train....do you actually live and walk in NYC?  I got off at 90th St. and, since it's a straight shot north, I started walking.  I switched over to 89th in case a Q-49 bus came by, but one didn't show up until I actually hit Astoria BLVD.  Except for the fact it's hot as hell in NYC right now, the walk wasn't that bad and took me 20ish minutes.

At any rate, I liked Fair Theater for what it is.  I would say the guys there are pretty much what you'd expect.  Mostly older and a few of the ones who just can't take no for an answer.  But there were some pretty decent "regular guys", too.  I got 3 blow jobs until the last one ate my cum.  I probably won't go too often, but maybe once a month it'll be worth a shot.  For reference, I was there from 12:30 to about 4 pm.
