Agreed, it’s difficult and takes practice for the bottom to figure out their internal body mechanics. It’s all about position and angle (for the bottom) and stroke (for the Top). Good positions to push past the s-curve include ones that place the knees close to the chest in order to straighten out the sigmoid. The angle is very important, the dick should try to go towards the bottoms left side (the way the sigmoid bends). Cooperation from the Top is needed: they need to swivel their dick until they get into “the pocket” and push slowly. This is not always the case. Yes, the sigmoid bends leftward, but the entry is not always necessarily directly upward. It depends on the individual’s anatomy. In some guys the rectum may tilt up to the right before the sigmoid turns left, and a leftward approach may have difficulty finding its way. By the "it is a myth comment" I meant the claim that once the 2nd hole has been penetrated that the bottom cannot get hard or cum again is the myth.
