If this is a super weird question, I am sorry, but haven't been able to find information elsewhere. 

For a while now I have had what I would consider a excessive amount of "ass slime."  Started noticing it in late teens and it has since become more pronounced.  My first thought was STD, but over the years I have been tested for many and come up negative every time.  Never had a doctor be able to tell me a cause until I started going to a gay doctor who told me that since I have been getting ass fucked from a young age, it has pretty much just started keep itself cock-ready.  Since I have never had any other symptoms or issues, we've just decided to leave well-enough alone. 

I have never heard of this from any other bottoms or even read about it in porn fantasy.  Has anyone else experienced this or heard of it?  I know it can sometimes be hard to tell when you also are packed full of cum, but is having a self-lubricating ass a real thing?

I have found that my ass self-lubricates, but it needs a little jump start. I add a tiny amount of baking soda to my lube  (Make sure it fully dissolves or it's abrasive!)  I usually do a little play to open up after cleaning out and the baking soda lube encourages my insides to slime it up.   Keeps me good and wet for a few tops...

The ass can and does self lube.  It's not the same mucous a woman produces on arousal.  It's the  mucous we all produce to help solids move through the bowel.  People produce vastly different amounts of it--some next to nothing, some in copious amounts.  I have heard and seen the baking soda trick mentioned above work for some to produce more.  On any fisting forum you will find men talking about all sorts of things they use to get it going.  I know first hand that toothpaste  worked for one individual.  The last man I fucked and fisted produces more and more the longer we play without any help.
