This topic is being brought to the forefront more often. It gives haters ammunition to oppose decriminalization of consenting partners or those that are undetectable and medically proven unable to transmit HIV to anyone. Too many guys are in jail for just loving another or because of simple desire.

 

Anytime you see a petition to decriminalize HIV transmission, sign it without hesitation!

There is a vast difference between disclosing hiv status to a consenting partner and intentionally infecting someone through deception by removing the condom they think you are using during intercourse.  At no time should these two be confused as the same pr treated as he same as they are not.

I took most of the stealthing reportings and found the paper /researcher on which they were based.  A lot of this pertains to heterosexual issues that I understood the author put a  feminist slant on. And if this is true,  the men stealthing the women run the huge risk of pregnancy plus 18 years of child support .

I've known a couple dudes who were very into stealthing. One ended up embroiled in a country wide manhunt because he pozzed a bunch of teens. The other was more of a hushed secret that everyone talked about and assumed was happening but no one ever really proved or cared enough about to look into because the dude was very openly poz and very clear about his interests.

While the videos on xtube and porn hub can be hot - I'm generally under the impression that 99% of the stuff we see online for "stealthing," is just some freaky porn and less about actually trying to poz someone.

That also being said, for dudes who cruise and are taking it raw in parks and understall - If you aren't specifically asking someone if they're neg I think you're being pretty clear you don't give a shit if they're pumping a huge poz load up your cunt.

He deserves being prosecuted for being the twat he is, Only a total idiot would do what he did & then deny it too. I have stealthed condom in the past too but only to get the load but i take Prep so am safe anyway but only a deviant would go out trying to poz men deliberate like he has done so i think he deserves everything he gets but i agree with what is written here below too.

The anon stealthing going on in bathhouses is a bit different from the one mentioned in the news. First, it's difficult to bring charges against someone when nobody knows any names and they will not see each other again.

Yeah, but how hard would it be for the powers that be to force BHs to keep some sort of records of patrons?  I'm not talking about scribbling a name on some book but keeping track of people's visits?

I'm not sure how hard it is to declare something a public health hazard but in these red bum fuck places, I'm sure they could get around rules.

Hate to say it, being on a BB site. I'm picky about who I take a load from, and it's only been a handful of people. I run that risk, and I take it. However, anybody who is Poz/has a high virile load and intentionally stealths a negative man/woman deserves the death penalty. Call it harsh, but that person didn't sign up to be HIV+ and even with medication to keep it under control. It's a lifelong sentence.

Yes, 100% agree. If you want to get pozzed, that's fine. If you bareback and don't ask/care about someone's status, You are taking responsibility for the risk you are taking and only you can deal with the consequences. 

That's entire different in comparison to sabotaging a condom or slipping it off when the person thinks you are wearing one. There are plenty of guys out there will to take a poz load and I agree 100% that those who intentionally infect unknowing people deserve the death penalty. You're giving them a life long illness that they didn't want. I may catch some flak for that considering the basis of this site but it is what it is.
