breedboy Posted August 17, 2017 Report Posted August 17, 2017 I've been suffering from chronic anal fissure for 5 months now, daily BM is a pain in the ass (literally). I've taken Metamucil, stool softener and nitrogliceryn ointment. Some days the combination works, no blood in the stool (even when the pain is constant), but once in a while the fissure flares up and there goes the blood and double up the pain. My doctor said if nothing really works I should consider myself a sphincterectomy. Now as a bottom (or used to before all the fissure dramas), I want to know if the procedure correctly carried out will make bottoming easier? The fact is that I USED to be able to take a pounding, but in recent years I feel that my anal sphincter got more rigid. Around 10 years ago I suffered what I believe now a misdiagnosed hemorrhoid, which come to think of it now I think it was actually an acute anal fissure. Maybe the scarring from that incident turns out to be a time bomb, and my sphincter got contracted more and more due to the repeated tear in the anal lining (my recent doctor FINALLY told me this - the tear cause the muscles even more tense). Now, if this sphincterectomy also means goods news for my big ass bottoming life, I'm all for it! Anyway I think I should have taken this path since no other treatment seems to work now. I should consider myself lucky if this pain in the ass is gone after the operation, being back on the bottoming world should be an icing on the cake. Do any of you guys out there have ever had the same experience? Any inputs are welcomed!
Moderators drscorpio Posted August 17, 2017 Moderators Report Posted August 17, 2017 I think you need to find a doctor who you are comfortable asking these questions. That is the only place you will get good, competent advice. 3 2
evilalex Posted August 17, 2017 Report Posted August 17, 2017 I think you should get a second opinion.
Rawdawg13 Posted August 17, 2017 Report Posted August 17, 2017 The doc said to do a Sitz bath (google it) everyday. So in my mind if the doc called one for a day..then obviously three a day would be better. (Medically speaking that statement is false, but tell my brain that.) So I did three a day, as hot as you can stand..only I added Epson salt (more than called for) and cocoanut oil. It has many uses, and one of them is a healing agent and an antibacterial. After a week I would use the smallest butt plug I could find made of SAFE GLASS. I'm sure any toy as long as its the smallest and SAFE GLASS. Small because all you are doing is getting that cocoanut oil all the way in without doing more damage SAFE GLASS because its the smoothest stuff ever made. SAFE GLASS is the only anal toy material I use anyway because 1) It feels incredible 2) All the lube in the world and rubber and latex will eventually get stuck and cause drag and hurt...and thats with no anal fissure. I could do a whole piece on SAFE GLASS. After about two weeks of this (pardon the expression, I can't NOT say it!) pain in the ass regimen I had no more blood on the toilet paper or in my stool and no pain. Bear in mind I'm not a physician....but I have fucked a few...so that almost pretty much makes me one, right?? Oh and sorry, but no sex while this is going on AND when you do resume butt sex...lots and lots of lube always and forever. The days of spittin' and stickin' are over!! Good luck.. 2 2

I can only ask the general side of things about my predicament. 11 hours ago, evilalex said: I think you should get a second opinion. This is actually from my second doctor. The first one I attended to gave zero result, he did not even give me stool softener when I explicitly asked him to (I think I know my BM better than him). 10 hours ago, Rawdawg13 said: The doc said to do a Sitz bath (google it) everyday. I have done the Sitz bath with coconut oil regime, it did somewhat give me relieve but not long lasting. I don't mind the blood whenever the fissure decided to act out, but I DO mind the pain! The pain actually flared up only this year, while in the previous years usually it subsided after only a few days, and even then it was not that painful. Now it IS constant! I think it's time for me to go back to my doctor and ask about the alternative medications. Thank you all drscorpio, evilalex, Rawdawg13! 1
Moderators drscorpio Posted August 18, 2017 Moderators Report Posted August 18, 2017 I had a hemorrhoidectomy 20+ years ago. It took about 6 months before I felt like I was ready to get fucked. For another 3-4 years, the scar was prone to getting inflamed if I got fucked too hard; that usually took a week or two to calm down. After that I was back to normal. I would think you should expect a long recovery time. I wish I knew more. 1

I though at first I had piles, but turns out now it seems it is anal fissure years in the making. Thanks for sharing your experience.
lynn1964 Posted August 18, 2017 Report Posted August 18, 2017 Being an RN, I think you had better get to a GI doctor!! There could be a hundred bad things wrong with you that haven't even been address here. CANCER!!!! Many types affect the lower intestines, the sigmoid colon, rectum, anal vault, anus, prostate. Man, if you care for your health, and you seem like you do, then you need to start the proper wheels rolling for you to get into a GI specialist!! Then, you can feel at ease with a true diagnosis from the specialists! Good luck and don't put this off!! 1
funpiggy1 Posted August 18, 2017 Report Posted August 18, 2017 I had a anal fissure several years ago and it had to be repaired with surgery, was caused by too much sex. Anyway, it took a while to heal but was successful, keep in mind you will have to sit in a bathtub with warm water at least once a day for several days after and possibly wear a diaper, this is just for discharge from the surgery, I never had a problem. I trusted my doctor so it all worked out. 1

I trusted my doctor so it all worked out. I went back to my GI last night. And he prescribed muscle relaxant as well as ketoprofen suppository for my pain. He's still won't give up on non-invasive medication, but we already talked about sphincterectomy when all else fails and no progress is made. Thanks for all your information and experience sharing!
funpiggy1 Posted August 20, 2017 Report Posted August 20, 2017 My doctor tried to do that too. I know the pain and discomfort you are going through, hope you are getting better.
breedboy Posted August 28, 2017 Author Report Posted August 28, 2017 Just an update, last week finally I underwent sphincterectomy, everything went as planned and now I am recuperating. Hope all will be back to normal soon. The fissure pain is gone now, replaced by post-surgery pain which should be gone once everything healed up. Let's just hope for the best. 2 2

Take it easy - heal up ... and then take it slow with fucking thereafter ;-)
Pozbtm4breeding Posted September 26, 2017 Report Posted September 26, 2017 Glad you had the surgery, i had an anal tissue and did the surgery. The pain from the surgery is nothing compared to the pain of the fissure! Heal up and take it easy when you start taking cock, go slow and use lots of lube. It will take some time but you will heal and be better than ever. Best of luck in your recovery!
ErosWired Posted October 9, 2017 Report Posted October 9, 2017 I had a sphincterectomy also, and I would emphasize - be patient - give it enough time to heal! I was a little too eager, and jumped back in the saddle (or, kind of, was the saddle) a little too soon, and it set my recovery back a while. No more fissure problems now, though. Also, be sure to regulate your diet to keep enough fiber moving through you, and make sure you always get enough water. It's very important. 2
