Being recorded

Your last sentence was spot on.  "logic and etiquette are often left at the bedroom door".  On the reverse side, I had an individual check all through my bedroom looking for recording devices and to be honest, I was really offended.  He actually tried to manipulate my webcam, trying to tape across the camera lense.  At that point I told him to leave. It's funny he was like "see, I knew you were recording me".  Well, I wasn't.  I even offered to turn the porn off and just close the laptop but that didn't even work.

Sometimes I feel the guys who protest the most are the ones that you need to worry about....not about being recorded sexually but rather if they are trying to steal from you.

As someone who always would host, and has never lost my grip on reality or feeling obligated to be honest with my guests about the environment I've invited them into, when partying, dealing with those who get lost in paranoia and exponentially inflated self importance can be so destructive to thoughts of fucking.

Someone accused me of recording ( even though I'd told them that I'd never consider it without them agreeing beforehand because I'm a normal person and not a cunt that likes to fuck with people) I finally showed them the four cameras in the room.... In closed drawers either not connected to anything or powered. And they still leveled accusations and finally I said I don't deserve this, especially in my own home, and if they can't trust me then for their own sake they should leave immediately.

The other thing that would piss me off so much were guys peeking through my curtains. My bedroom window was like 4x12' which had 3 sets of top of the line wood blinds and black out curtains covering everything- nothing got in or out. My buddy kept going to the window to see what obviously wasn't in the backyard.... And would leave the curtains pulled back and blinds open FFS!

As the homeowner I knew that there were no angles for neighbors to see anything but the ceiling, so I only closed them because most people don't like doing drugs, watching porn at volume with open windows, or taking dick like a champ in front of plate glass. I learned to make it fucking clear that they are my guest and as such anything that might happen on my property is my concern only and should anything happen that could impact them they are under my protection. So if they peek out one more time it's clear they don't trust me and thus for their own safety they should immediately leave.

They'd always apologize after saying that never happens, until the next time and the next time. I'm an addict for sure but I'd be damned if I'd spend all that money to only feel terrified, threatened, or conspired against every time.

Sorry for the rant.

Oh, and all the pricks that think I don't actually want the items I had in my possession when they arrived! Someone stole an old dryer lint vacuum hose attachment! Why the fuck why!

Don't apologize about the rant, a lot of what you mentioned I have experienced.  The people pulling your curtains open, trust me, if they live in Florida they have been in my house.  The theft of items, even those we would consider mundane and ordinary are an invasion of your privacy and your home.  You sound like me, you accept an apology, and sure enough - the same cast of characters do it again.  When I go to someone's home, I ask them what room to go into, where to put my bag, and where to sit my ass.  I don't move, I don't ask for anything, and I don't touch anything that does not belong to me.

I do not manipulate someone's computer, their TV or VCR, or any other electronics.  This business of looking out your windows is PURE crazy.  They don't realize the jeopardy they put everyone in.  I once had a guy go to the front door, open it completely, and stand there buck naked.  A man was doing construction on the next building roof over  actually drooped his wheel barrel.  So I know these things happen.  You try to be nice, be accommodating, and these individuals put you in a very awkward and possibly negative situation with your neighbors, apartment complex, or HOA.  I have been there and I know exactly what you are talking about.   It's tough to make someone leave, no one wants to be "the bad guy", but when they are gone you will have to deal with the consequences.  If I have anything say it would be this.  One offense - and they are gone.  I don't care what they look like, who they came with, they are out of my house.  Because their behavior could cost you your living situation.  Be strong man!

These are reasons I appreciate the neutral ground of a bathhouse where I am responsible only for me. I’ve had plenty of things stolen from hookups, it’s annoying AF.

I’m not going to say I’m not above tweaking but when I’m high I want continuous and engaged fucking. I don’t want to waste my time wrangling the other guy I’m trying to get in me.

The guy who has the webcam on the bookshelf to ensure that his visitors don't walk away with the checkbook has little, if anything, to worry about. The Florida statute expressly exempts a security system when there's a conspicuous notice that there's a video surveillance system for security purposes. The statute also exempts any video surveillance device that is clearly and immediately obvious to anyone. And most importantly, the statute only reaches people who record for the "amusement, entertainment, sexual arousal, gratification, or profit" of themselves or another. The guy who simply wants to keep an eye on his property isn't acting with that intent. I wanted to disabuse anyone of the notion that recording someone was ok as long as it wasn't posted on a website. Otherwise, it strikes me that my reading of the statute is pretty consistent with your thinking on the topic.

Joining this a bit late. I sold a house in NY a few years ago that I had a security camera set in so that I could see if the front door was triggered. My real estate agent wanted to have kittens about that since she didn't want her clients recorded or viewed. Meanwhile, I'm 1,200 miles away so I had to do the same looking as you cited that security systems were exempted, she didn't want to believe it (I ended up changing agents later, another agent sold the property). I had to tell her point blank that anyone coming or going was captured and she should advise clients or other agents, but that I'd refrain from spying while they were touring the house.

The situation is obviously different than spying on someone who has a right to privacy in their own home or who doesn't consent to being recorded doing kinky shit. But there are enough cases, and a few voyeur landlords, who have been caught spying on neighbors or tenants that have been criminally charged for invasion of privacy. But I'm sure there are other uses, such as spy cams by an investigator to surveil a suspect when contracted by a lessor or tenant (watch any episode of Cheaters for examples of those videos).

I love being filmed being fucked. I've done a number of clips of me fucking, but they're normally not that good. There's a couple fairly recently done close up as part of a massage session, where the masseur ended up fucking and breeding me.

At some point hopefully I'll manage a really long, proper fetish session (i.e. hooded so I can't be identified) which shows all of the action.
