Where in LA are the safest places to host an anon cumdump? Someplace that won’t get shut down, no police, etc. Motels? AirBNB?

Depends on what you plan on doing. If you're just wanting to post up somewhere by yourself and invite random guys from a4a or something over, tons of guys just use a hotel or motel, especially around the hollywood area. As long as you aren't throwing some major gangbang/party or tearing up the place (stuff that would get noise complaints), you should be fine. 

If you really want privacy and are looking to get wild, I'd say AirBNB would be the way to go. Bathhouses in WeHo would be another option, but I think they might still be closed or restricted with covid stuff.
