Today I lost my virginity to two men I met on Grindr. I just couldn’t fight my urges anymore. I drove to their house. Almost immediately dropped to the ground and started sucking their cocks and giving them handjobs. They removed my clothes except my jockstrap and proceeded to pound me for about 45 minutes raw. I begged them to shoot their loads inside and they did. I have been craving this for a long time but the feeling of being bred was so much pleasure all I can think about is doing it again. I have always fantasized and craved to be a submissive cumdump. But now I’m really struggling to not drive to my local bathhouse, climb in a sling and become a total whore. I don’t know what it is about taking raw loads but now I think I’m about to be an insatiable cumdump.

I am not on PREP and am making an appointment to get it. But this is my question: if I start whoring out in back rooms and Cumunion, taking several hundred loads, will PREP work? I crave to be a cumslut - the feminine feeling of being submissive and bred is so hard to deny and I really want to used and gangbanged. But will PREP work and am I making a mistake?

I'm in the same situation, I'm a bisexual married guy on the DL. I'm going on prep so I don't bring any bugs home. I just ordered the test kit from nurx. Ever since I took my first load I've been a total bottom whore.

I'm moving this to the PrEP forum; I think it makes more sense there.

Short answer: Yes, PrEP will work regardless of how many loads you are taking. More loads don't somehow "use it up". It isn't perfect, but it's very, very good as long as you take it regularly.

That said, if you go full-on bare cumdump, you are very likely to pick up some other STIs. Do get the appropriate vaccines and get tested and treated regularly.

The first thing I want to say is that only you can decide if you're making a mistake by getting used and taking hundreds of loads. Are they going to be anonymous loads? Or are you planning to make sure they're STI free before they're allowed to breed you? Even then, there's no guarantee that you won't be knocked up with something like gonorrhea or anal chlamydia.

Just like @viking8x6 said, you'll likely pickup other bugs if you become a no loads refused cumdump.

It's great that you're getting on PrEP - to answer your question, it works as well as it's meant to work as long as you take it regularly. Also, just because you take PrEP, it doesn't mean you shouldn't get tested regularly. It's going to be required when you go back to your PCP for a refill but it's also a good idea to get tested between visits.

Let me comment on this topic as a regular Prep user cumdump. I don’t want to have HIV, and being on Prep gives me a indescribable freedom to be a cumdump and a breeder.
However, it works for only HIV and doesn’t protect you from any other STIs. I don’t want to frighten you but if you take loads continuously you will probably get gono, chlamy, syphi or HBV, maybe HCV or HPV. The good news is that all of them can be cured but it’s important to recognise them and get the necessary meds (which is not a big deal: you can be vaccinated for HBV and HPV, if you have Syphilis you must get to injections, for gono or chlamy there are an antibiotics cure (for three, in worse case 30 days). Only HCV is a bit more complicated, then a 8 weeks (56 days) long meds cure is needed. I had all of them (except HPV because I have vaccinated). I don’t say that it’s a pleasure but nothing special. As my doc said two years ago, it’s better to get Syphilis then covid.
Long story short, I encourage you to be a cumdump whore but before it I strongly suppose you to get an appointment and go on Prep following the official protocol.

Note: This is ONLY true if you are getting tested regularly and discover it and get it treated. It is very easy not to notice the symptoms, and if it is not treated it can progress to serious harm to various body systems (heart, brain, etc.) and eventually kill you.

Ninety-Nine percent. The CDC says that PrEP, taken as directed, has an efficacy rate of 99% in preventing the transmission  of HIV in receptive anal intercourse. That’s 99 out of 100 fucks.

One percent. In 1% of cases, PrEP does not, therefore, prevent you from catching HIV, even if you’re taking it the way you’re supposed to. So, statistically, if you’re planning on taking a hundred loads, you’re going to draw the short straw at some point. The more you take, the more times you toll the dice, the more the chance you’re going to end up with it, because nobody’s winning streak lasts forever.

By the way, if you’re an intravenous drug user, PrEP is only about 74% effective. There is no data on the efficacy rate for Topping.

Should you become a cumdump? How the hell would any of us know what you should do? It’s your life, make your own decisions and take the responsibility for them. If you want to be a hedonist because you “crave it”, then do whatever floats your boat - but know that nothing in life comes without a cost. There is no “freedom to fuck”. You can fuck freely, but sooner or later you’re going to have to reckon with reality. On Saturday I had sexual encounters with 17 different strangers, took 10 loads, and had anonymous fingers and tongues shoved up my ass and in my mouth (often in that order) for almost 24 hours. But I also got used in ways I didn’t much like, and now I’m doing the usual - patiently waiting to see if I got knocked up with gono, or chlamydia, or syphilis. Again.

You want to be a cumdump? That’s what’s in store for you. No question. It happens to all of us. It’s an occupational hazard. PrEP won’t do diddly to stave off HPV or Herpes, either, or Hep A, B or C. If you’re going ho-ing, plan on getting all your shots first.

Unlike those above who are encouraging you to become a cumdump, I’m not. I’m not discouraging you either, but I won’t be responsible for steering you toward a path that I know will bring you to harm. Yes, there are rewards to being a cumdump, but the rewards come at a price, and it’s absolutely not for everyone. Only you can tell how much you’re willing to sacrifice for what you crave.

Choose. But choose carefully.

To the original poster:  you're asking us the wrong question.

We're happy to give you advice (in addition to all of the previous posts on the various forums where we've given advice on this very point).  But it's not up to any of us to tell you what kind of sexual being you are....and it's certainly not up to any of us to tell you what kind of sexual being you should be.  What works for you may not work for me...and vice versa.

But even if you're only planning on barebacking one-on-one, by all means consider PrEP.  It's not a solution for STI's as others have said...but at least it largely protects you against HIV.

Hi Jayden

This is actually quite a complex question, on many different levels.

Judging by your question, it's almost as if you are asking for permission/acceptance for the journey that you have embarked on...?

At the end of the day, only you can make that decision (no-one is/should be judging you) - it's your life and journey.  If it gives you pleasure and is something that you have always wanted to do, then why not - go for it.

If Covid-19 has taught us anything, it's that life is too short not to embark on the journey of our choice - tomorrow could be too late..

Having said that, as ErosWired as already advised, every decision that we make in life has consequences and this is no exception.  As well as HIV, there are many other STI's to also consider.  Although most are treatable, STI's can be expensive (depending of where you are located) and might require you having to take time off work for appointments etc.  And, of course, while on treatment (that can take several weeks to complete), you won't (or shouldn't) embank on any sexual activity.  All factors to consider.

Like you, I'm at the start of my journey and am currently going through the process of starting PrEP.

I have to question, though, why you didn't start PrEP BEFORE starting your sexual activity...?  Sorry to have to say, although the risks are low, you could still have already been 'knocked up' by this first encounter...  There are cases where people have converted on their first sex.

You have up to 72 hours, after sex, to start PEP, so it might, depending on when your encounter was, be too late to start this.

PrEP, according to what I have researched on it (and also from good advice from this forum - thanks guys)  will be effective and it doesn't matter on how many guys you fuck bareback; however, please bear in mind that no 'safe sex' is 100% effective.

I have already had my Hep B and HPV vaccines, so, once on PrEP, will be as 'protected' as I can be.  If you haven't already, then I would advise you to get these vaccines ASAP (bearing in mind that it takes a year to complete the Hep B course and several months to complete the HPV course).  You also might not be able to take these two vaccines together.  Having said this, once you start on a course of vaccines, any protection that they provide is better then none.

I'm in my 40's and married (female) and have been 'fighting' my 'fancy' of men from a young age.  After years of (complex at times) sole-searching, I'm now, like you, ready to start engaging in gay sex.

I wish you luck on your journey and hope you have fun adventures (I'm hoping that I will to).

Quick question, did it hurt the first time you had sex?

Let me know how you get on with PrEP?

Steve

Yes, you are absolutely right. Therefore, I wrote there was important to recognise them and get the necessary meds.

In another comment I also said that it’s necessary to go regular check every three months.

It was a surprise to read some very cold minded answer in a site where if someone becomes HIV poz “hundreds” celebrate him as a member of the brotherhood.
Let’s make things clear. If somebody wants to stay free from any STI he must have only safe sex. Including oral sex. Or have to be an absolutely monogamous relationship if anything like that exists at all.
I agree that anyone who practices bareback sex or polygamous sexlife must have regular check and prevention. Prep for prevention and regular check to recognise stis and get the necessary cure.

I beg to differ a bit. I think he was given some very sobering and sage wisdom and here's why:

The people who tend to be celebrated for 'joining the brotherhood' are largely congratulated because that was their goal from the outset. Rarely was it an accident but a deliberate action or decisions that he actively chose to follow. The OP doesn't appear to be looking for that and asked directly about PrEP. Doesn't sound like the sort of question someone would ask if they were out chasing. The OP clearly wants to fly his freak flag and be a cumdump, but is asking responsible questions from others. So I'd reckon he got the answers he needed from the standpoint of knowing he'd taken some risks but wants to pursue this just a bit more responsibly (relatively speaking). And those who answered him aren't the ones who'd tell him to go out and do something that would weigh on their own consciences.

Don’t be surprised to read sober, reality-based replies in this, the HIV & Sexual Health area of the forum. This is where we talk about the real-world, real-life consequences of living with sexually transmitted disease and the disease risks inherent in our sexual practice. This is not the place where “hundreds” insanely celebrate the intentional transmission of pathogens as an initiation into some absurd “brotherhood” of lunatics. There’s a place for that in the Backroom because they’ve got to be put somewhere.

Don’t assume that because the gifter/chaser fetishists/fantasists make a lot of noise on BZ that they represent all of us, or even a majority of us. I’ve been about as poz as you can possibly get and still have a pulse afterwards, and I absolutely recoil at the idea of belonging to any “brotherhood” of people who celebrate this motherfucking disease. HIV is the goddamn Enemy at the Gate, and one does not give aid or comfort to the enemy.

It seems things have been shifted and merged. If you check my original answer, I started with declaring that prep and regular check were needed if anybody wanted to be cumdump. I also wrote that it’s important to avoid HIV because only the other STIs can be cured. So, you don’t have to persuade either responsible behaviour (if we even can talk about responsibility with practicing bb sex, max self-responsibility) or the risk and consequences of being chaser. However, this site is about bareback sex. Almost every content is about breeding talking about either  real stories or fantasies.
So it’s not (only) me who encourages OP or anybody to be barebacker. Furthermore, not even this site. We (me, thee site, the posters) are all part of a trend with which people shifted from so-called safe sex to bareback. It’s enough to visit porn sites, Twitter posts or just go any gay sex places.
Long story short, enjoy bb sex, be aware, go to prep and regular check.
