I was a regular gym guy for many years until COVID hit. Now I like working out at home and don't miss the gym at all.

I go a few times a week or do some kind of weight training/kettlebells at home. No cardio at gym though, too boring, I try to ride my bike as much as possible instead. I do the weights because I want to keep as much of that muscle mass and bone density going as I can while I’m getting older but also because being a bottom is so fucking competitive and muscles are the best way to get men interested. I have regulars in their early 20s and it kind of amazes me that they keep coming back to fuck a 50+ piece of ass but man do some of them look cute as they bust their loads in my hole so it makes that time at the gym worth it.

At a minimum, once a week, at max 2 times a week.  As for the rest, it is plenty of walking and biking.  Sadly though, every so often you get people (school kids on school buses are the worst!) making rude noises or remarks at you (in a suburb of NJ, most drive, hardly anyone walks).

Workout at home (mix between strength, bike, boxing, and/or yoga) 4 to 5x a week.

Edit - Actually you can see my workout mats in my current profile picture, lol.

Certainly don't have the bod you suppose to have after 10,000 hours of work out. Fuck crappy genetics.

Same here my bro. Even never had a fuck at the gym. Why I still go there? It helps me mentally. I feel relaxed. I am much better at watersports (swimming, diving, surfing and yes, pissing).

this is one of those things i struggle with.

i used to go religiously when younger but once i hit middle age i started slacking off. now it's similar to eating healthy or partying in moderation: im constantly trying to get back into routine but no sooner do i start i relapse and go off on a binge/bender.

my last set back was when i moved and had to adjust to a new gym. well, today is my 1 year anniversary of paying for a new gym i've never gone to lol the whole "moving is time consuming" excuse is officially a joke now.

i literally need cher to bitch slap me so i can snap otta it 😜
