Saunas in the Village

I've been thinking about going to a sauna here in Montreal, and I was trying to understand if there's any difference between the ones in the village (GIJoe, oasis, Centreville). More curious about the general audience (younger, older), where people are more laidback, etc.

My personal views is (and I’m 56 so take it as my taste)

centre ville : older and not great 

oasis : younger and a hit or miss 

gi joe: mixed age, piggy, lots of fun

I'm 56 also and I have the same opinion. 

I will add:

G I Joe have a lot of trols specialy at cumunion.

Oasis staff not very friendly (my experience) If you hit it could be wild and piggy...

Rating saunas is pointless. Rate yourself instead, u muscle with a 9 inch: THEN EVERY SAUNA IN THE WORLD WILL BE GOOD.

U the complete opposite of "muscle gorgeous with a 9 inch" then make sure you have a solid ego, cuz nothing prepares you for the level of rejections you get at gay bathouses

Very true.  It's not that you should be cruel to yourself or anyone else, just know what's likely going to net you fun and chase that.  Also, the same bathhouse is drastically different daytime v evening, weekday v weekend, special party v general... So if you're seeking something specific or know you appeal more broadly in certain markets, try and align for that.  Adonises gonna Adonis, but there's plenty of dick for the discerning pig.

It's just how these things go at the baths.

It's not specialy rating, more on what your gona see at those places... 

It's true you have to pic your time to visit. 

And it's not beeing afraid of rejection, just beeing disapointed to lose a night at the sauna.

GI Joe can be very hot or it can be somewhat not (although if enough people are there it is hot somewhere in the club for sure).  The few times I have been (2-3x's) it has been consistently hot > 50% of the time during the busy times.  When are the busy times?  Last time I visited I stayed almost for a week off and on so I had it scoped out.   This was also in the middle of the mpox epidemic and that likely had an inhibitory effect.   Now I don't remember so well so it was probably the weekends + some evenings.
