Maybe try to be a top😜 Or switch to pissplay🤪 Just give your cunt the time it needs, your body tells you when you are ready for cocks. Yikes. Am I the only person who caught the fact that this man underwent adult circumcision as part of his treatment plan? Oh, my fuck. I hope never to lose my foreskin!

faggotsub
I was 27 in 1977 and at the time uncut. I fucked this client one night ( one of 4 guys I can remember ever fucking in my entire life) and ended up with warts. Got cirCUMsized (OUCH) and they never came back. Around 1995 some guy in a porno theater who had warts visibly on his cock fucked me and I ended up with warts in my ass and since having surgery to remove them they never came back. I get checked every year for them.... BUT every so often I get one or two on my hands or on my arms. Like then and now being the pig that I am I still take any cock in my ass UNLESS i SEE warts on their cock and I've only seen them once or twice, I ran into a Guy at Horseneck Beach in RI in the dunes one day that had huge warts on his cock..he told me he was clean...right...and i walked away. I live alone and it's such a pain to get a ride for surgery. When i had the surgery i couldn't feel a thing, there was no pain and i couldn't feel a thing after it was over. I see my doctor every six months and she always asks me "Any new sex partners?" I answer truthfully yes, I think she's learned not to ask how many My only advice is try and narrow your odds by 👀ing

Given how prevalent HPV is, you get a ton of cancer from it in the general population at large. See my previous post, but the vaccine will prevent new infections, whatever the type, at any age. Officially the vax is now recommended for gay men up to 45 years of age, but anyone can get it (you have to pay after 45). The only reason for this criteria is to same money to the insurers and the 'system'. That did help, and thank you. For the record, I was at Walgreens this weekend and was denied access to the vaccine. The pharmacist was very nice, but he said Walgreens had a corporate policy that would not allow him to give it to me because I was past 45. I thanked him, and then yesterday I spoke with a representative from Walgreens corporate office, again being denied. I did mention paying for it "out of pocket" and I was still told "no". I have excellent insurance, so I am going back to the Infectious Disease Specialist to see who else might be willing to administer the vaccine. I don't mind paying for it, and I live in an area where there are many types of health providers. Is there anyone who may have been fortunate enough to find a retail outlet that would give the vaccine to someone who is 45 plus? Thanks for your post - it has given me some hope. ellentonboy
I will repost this question so it's not lost in the thread, I do appreciate what fellow posters have mentioned it has helped. Thanks again to @rawfuckr So - is anyone aware of a retail pharmacy that will give you the HPV vaccine if you are over 45. Walgreens has said no, which I explained above. With that in mind, I am willing to pay out of pocket, does anyone know where I might be able to get it? The doctor dealing with my situation only mentioned getting vaccinated last week, and my problem has been reoccurring since 2021, and frankly, I am over it. She didn't bother to tell me where to go, she might not have been aware of the corporate policy of Walgreens. Anyone have information? Thanks again......

Guest
i had a problem with a mild case of anal warts years ago, not many, in fact they were that small that i first thought they were skin tags and looked into getting them cut off lol until i was told otherwise a brief course of the aldera cream got rid of them very quick, but it was a horrid process, the cream works by accelerating the growth so they FLARE up all red and sore, but then vanish quickly. since then I've had the vaccination, and (touch wood) not been affected since. I don't know if the vaccination is available in your country (i didn't check where you were based, sorry) but if you are able, i'd reccomend looking into it. even if you've already had warts, it will help reduce the chances of getting them again. Guest
PS i just read some of the other replies saying the vaccine isn't available where they are, for guys of certain ages. sorry 😞 in England it was free for all women under 25 and later all guys under 25, but when there was eccess stock of it, they allowed all MsM guys to have it if they're under 45, and certain cases over the age of 45 could have it (if you said you had regularly unprotected anal sex), i think it all comes down to supply, still worth asking your clinic though! it really is. some things they don't advertise, and you have to ask about them before getting them. Have you asked your doctor if they can obtain and administer the vaccine to you in-practice? My GP has routinely advised me that he can arrange for me to be vaccinated as needed, in the office, or at the clinic’s lab. I would think that having an immunocompromised status would make you eligible even if the average neg guy might not be.

Even though he did not make the suggestion to get the vaccine, it was the specialist who did my last procedure, he has been good at pointing me in the right direction in the past for other issues I have had. I am going to ask him first. If not I will head back to the specialist and find out where they think I can get it. You would think they would know about the rule restricting those over age 45, considering they made the recommendation, and colo-rectal is their speciality. Thank you for your input.... DCWildBtm
Good conversation folks. knowing little, this may be silly , and it wouldnt speak to the corporate policy issue overall (which sems a bit shortsighted to me), but is it possible that the start of the school year affects supply so that maybe some outlets are more stingy until supply comes back around? i seem to see the commercials in the late summer time frame which is what made me think of it. Please know that this is not meant to express a view that someone shouldnt have access etc. just simply curious if there could be supply related issues and if those could impact decisions by some providers for patients on the bubble, so to speak. Im close but on losing side of 45 and this topic has got me thinking about this for the first time. best of luck to the OP!
ErosWired
I believe the rationale on the restriction is the idea that HPV is so widespread in the population that anyone sexually active has already been exposed to it by the time they’re 45. It’s believed that something like 90% of sexually active men, and 80% of sexually active women, have already encountered it, and therefore the injection would be a waste of time and resources. The focus is on the young, in the teens-20s age range, where half of new STI infections occur. A person who has suffered a significant immune collapse due to HIV, however, could have essentially lost any resistance gained through exposure, and become immune-naïve again, and thus be in the same bracket as a young adult with less history of exposure. That would be the argument I would make, anyway. I know what it’s like for the body to forget it once had a defense against something.

I've had little issue with doctors prescribing HPV vaccine (Gardasil 9) off label. They just need to be a little knowledgeable on the matter and they'll accept right away. It's a no brainer vaccine for everyone, no downsides (other than cost maybe) and only upsides: no cancer? yay! no warts? yay! One place you may want to try. The travel clinic here in SF does give it out off label to anyone who asks, regardless of age and gender, no questions asked. You do have to pay it yourself ($800 for the 3 shots approx) though. If there's a travel clinic around you they may do the same.
