Nothing hotter than my prostate being massaged by two cocks dp’ing my ass. When I’ve got that much cock meat inside me, my prostate is in over stimulation and I usually have several anal orgasms and cum so much.  I’m sure that’s healthy, if not for my prostate certainly for my mind.

I recently had a round of non-specific prostatitis - ran a panel, no STIs.  My doctor assured me that bottoming does not injure the prostate in any way, but I do seem to experience some difficulties peeing after bottoming. Anyone else experience this? Is my doctor mistaken?  This particular round took a couple of weeks of meloxicam and tamulosin to get me back to “normal” (man, aging sucks!)

Depends on what it is and the intensity and duration of it all. Sodomy under normal conditions isn't going to push the prostate and lead to inflammation. However, if you start getting into the level of use and size I get--multiple days of heavy fisting at events and multiple events close together it's possible to get prostatitis in my experience.  I just did 3 multi-day events in 6 weeks time (CLAW, spring Fist Fest and Furry Weekend Atlanta) and ended up with it from so much heavy and extreme size use. It's an easy fix, though: Bactrim DS and Prednisone.

Sadly, i am proof that being a bottom doesn’t stop you from getting prostate cancer. i sometimes wonder if the time i spent in chastity made my prostate cancer come on quicker.

I sorry that it happened to you. I have spent a lot of time in chastity as well. I usually make sure that I empty my bladder prior to getting bred. Not sure if that helps but I do feel better.

I had the same thing in 2016 with no other STIs, and I was 99.9% top, so there was nothing to injure my prostate. I later found out that I had full blown AIDS, and that the prostatitis was one of those opportunistic infection you get when your immune system is collapsing.
