I am not following the “weird” part exactly, but I think you have a great point harrysmith25. I think most gay politics underestimates sound ECONOMICS as the real liberator for anyone not in the majority. Bidenomics with its massive inflation put everyone back into pie-shrinking mentality and less broad minded. Whatever its merits, woke culture struck a lot of people as imposing fantasies and delusions on others who wanted no part of it. It’s not surprising there was a backlash.- 1 reply

He was and is too weird for previous "normal life" to continue. Normal culture and life on Jan 2020 included ppl consigning homophobia to the past. But so many people found him utterly terrible and they found it easy to believe he was elected by massive fraud, cause of his pitiful old man ways. So the idea of someone getting in via illegitimate means, sends a message that you can start believing in your stupid shit again. And with some others, his creepy old man demeanour made them mentally "run for the hills", and it makes some str8 people trying to go "back to basics" where they start huddling like a bunch of people in a farmstead or something, they can't have "extravagant things" like gays being free. Have you seen the number of people engaging in more casual homophobia over the years on Facebook. It gets more frequent now. And of course, he promoted Islam which is our friend like Hep C is our friend. Look, how is our culture supposed to be the same if people pretend this guy is "OUR BRILLIANT LEADER" when he's actually a fucking vegetable. It was bizarre. Anyone is completely deluded if they think otherwise. Can anyone come up with an actual sound counterargument that isn't just "ME PRESS DELETE" or "ME PRESS BAN"?
