A PA is the easiest piercing to get and it heals really quickly.  Looks superb too.  Just have to accept the fact that when you piss you can't just flop your cock out and go - you need to concentrate to make sure it's going where you want it to and not spraying down your leg

what size or gauge do you start with  or once done and thats it?  when i had my tits pierced years ago i had to keep going back to stretch it for a larger gauge

You start at 2.4mm or 3mm, let it totally heal and settle in, which takes at least 2-3 months.  It's not just the surface healing but all the supporting flesh.  You can tell when it's properly healed as the ring will get nice and lose in your cock and the skin stretches around it very easily.  Then you're ready to stretch up.  At the smaller gauges I used to go up 1mm at a time until I got to 0 gauge and then you can go up by 2mm.  I stretched mine all the way to 000 gauge but that felt really heavy and I was concerned that it might stress the bridge too much so went back down to 0 gauge which is comfortable and still looks really good.  Once you stretch up over 6mm you'll always have a hole (fistula) in your cock and it never closes up. Before then if you decide a PA isn't for you and you take the ring out it will heal up and close.  So because I stretched up big to start with I'm ringed for life now and can take the ring out without my fistula closing.
