Ah, Raunchy Fuckers. With this upgrade I'm guessing you can no longer login there with your BZ password. If there's anything removed from there, let me know. In the not-too-distant future all the commercial videos on RF will be moved to BBBH.com. The guy I'm gonna hire as a lawyer says I'm not allowed to move the user content on RF anywhere else and there are legal issues with all the user-uploaded videos as is (uploads have been disabled for a while). SO, that means all that will go away at some point. However, when I get around to developing BBBH.men, you'll be able to upload personal videos there.

I just tried to implement something to give you the ability to make fonts bigger/smaller and it didn't work. I'll suggest it as a feature to the theme designer and see what they say, but no promises. Sorry about that.

We get asked a lot whether warning points expire. The answer is no, they don't. But you shouldn't worry about it too much. Only you and the moderators can see your warning points. If you racked up a few points 2 years ago, we really don't care too much. They stay there to discourage repeat bad behavior, but let the moderators be aware that they might be seeing repeat behavior if you continue to do things that break the community rules. Bottom line, once the penalty wears off from your infraction, don't worry about the points.

Deleting your membership (something you can't actually do), doesn't delete posts since it would make the site completely confusing since threads depend on a continuity of discussion. Moderators can edit posts to remove personally identifying information. Just click on "Report Post" above the post and say what the problem is.

I can see you've sorta replicated what I had done for Cumdump Network. Well, Cumdump Network (when it launches next year) will be for both anal and oral cumdumps. And there will be a sister site, Public Urinals, for piss bottoms. They'll all work more or less the same way.

OR, go to the bottom and choose the Villain theme from the dropdown on the word Theme. It has no transparency. Yeah, I had a problem with it too and increased it slightly in the body of the posts. On desktop you would do Command + (or whatever the Windows equivalent is). If you're talking about landscape, that means you're on mobile. I just googled it and found a possible solution. I'll have to figure out how to implement it. I'll try to get it done by end of day on Monday (if not sooner).

Last question first – Otters are thin and hairy. Bears are much larger. Looking at your body type, you'd probably be called a cub – especially as you get more hair. (Cubs are shorter than bears and often younger). That said, congrats on your transition! I personally think FTMs can be really hot. Some guys aren't into the vag, but it doesn't bother me Whether guys find hair a turn on depends on the guy. It's neither right or wrong. Everyone has their preferences (and that's OK). Personally I just don't like subble… Everything else depends on how well the guy pulls it off. Some guys would look weird with hair, others would look weird if they were smooth.

More changes… The chat room is no longer cluttered with messages of who's entered and left, and you can see recent comments when you go in. And I've added some banner ads in between the posts. Just one or two per page (plus the ones at the bottom). If they irritate you, just realize that they help pay for the site. Speaking of banners, is anyone so bothered by them that you'd do a paid membership to turn them off? If so, let me know. I prefer to keep things free…

FYI – I've disabled the image backgrounds for mobile users for the main "Chameleon Dark" theme. They were already disabled completely for both mobile & tablet for the "Villain" theme. I wasn't happy with the page load times on mobile, and the images were rendering oddly on iPhone.

First off, if the site just went haywire on you. Sorry about that. A reload of the page should fix it. I implemented having some of the static files served via a CDN and got the settings off for a bit and it took a while to change things. For those who aren't technical, CDNs put static content on servers around the world so the site should load a bit faster if you're somewhere like Asia or even Europe. For some of the content on the page you'll be hitting a server that's closer to you geographically. This is under advanced search. Click on the search box, and a pop up menu will appear next to it. Choose Advanced Search at the bottom and you'll see all the time periods you're looking for. If that's not the same as what you're looking for, let me know. There are no more "friends". Sorry. Now there's just followers. If you look up in the thread I explain why the change was made. I know what you mean – lol. I'm still experimenting with what I put in the sidebar. But I'll keep that in mind. Or maybe just put one or two pics so they're not so dominant. I didn't even notice that private chat was an option. Actually I like private chat – it means less in the messaging system taking space in the database (deleting message threads is overly complicated now). Bottom line, I don't mind private chats, so they stay. They serve a purpose and don't stop other people from doing public chats. Other webmasters are pushing Invision Power (the makers of IP.Board) to add chat rooms to the chat application. That will help a lot and address the issue you're talking about – which is really a perception issue. Who knows when chat rooms will happen, but AFAIK it's in the works and people are saying it's overdue. So we'll see… I'm guessing the original poster colored the text and it's now incompatible with the new interface. When you see something like that click on "Report Post" just above the post itself and let the moderators know there's a problem and one of them will fix it. That's from a private album. So when the person who posted it initially set it up only he and his friends could see the images. Now that friends are gone (see above), people with private albums should consider making them public. You'll need to contact the user and ask him to make the change. Since he set it up as private, it's not our place to make it public.

Honestly, I don't know. That might be based on data that needs to build up over time.

If you look at the details of the poll, it depends on how the propositions are displayed on the ballot. In the most likely formatting Prop 60 will pass.

The Cumdump Network - Locations & Phone Numbers
rawTOP replied to rawTOP's topic in General Discussion
Hey guys! With the new software I've added a "Member Map" for Cumdumps. In the navbar it's under "Other". Just add yourself on the map. It'll be a stop gap until I get Cumdump.Network up and running. I've gotta see how much use it gets. If it gets used a lot, it may get expensive and I may need to take it down. We'll see. -
FYI – the new software is allowing me to get a much better handle on bad email addresses. I've now got things set up so if you close your email address and there's a "hard bounce" then you'll be set to "validating" status and what you can do here is limited. And if you're on one of the major email hosts that lets senders know if an email was marked as spam or otherwise blocked by the user – and you mark our email as spam we'll stop sending all email to you (even the ones you want). And if you have too many "soft bounces" over a short period (e.g. your mailbox is full), then that will also set you to validating status, though you'll be warned before it happens. I can't tell you how happy I am that I've got a proper email solution. Email bounces have been a major problem for me in the past.

Login with Twitter should be working now.
-
It was 5 users. Since you guys seem to want it, I've upgraded to 20 concurrent users. It may take a little while for the licensing to kick in.

"Notifications" let's the website send you OS-level notifications (those boxes that appear in the upper right of your screen when something new happens). I'm not sure when exactly IP.Board sends notifications. Probably when you get a new message. Possibly when there's new followed content. (Which is why it could be problematic to turn friends into followers). If the pop-ups irritates you, it can be disabled by saying "never".
-
For those of you saying you prefer the solid background, have you tried the other theme (Villain)? Go to the bottom of the page, and there's a drop down on the word "Theme". From that choose "Villain". The background image doesn't interfere with the content with that theme – it's just around the edges. Let me know what you like that better or whether you just want to stick to solid backgrounds. Or would you like a more subtle background? I didn't really put a lot of thought into the backgrounds. I can tweak them.

@cheatingjock – Thanks for answering the questions of other users! Guys – notice that that's a new feature – you can tag someone by putting @ in front of their name. Notice also that when you hover over tagged named (or profile names, generally), you get a Twitter style pane with their basic details. And like twitter, there's a banner pic that can appear at the top. Here are some excerpts from a discussion about the change by other webmasters using IP.Board. Remember that IP.Board is generic forum/community software, so these people are running sites very different than Breeding Zone. So "Friends" are gone. Long live "Followers", but the two aren't the same, which is why it was recommended to not convert friend relationships into follows. Someone else said… In other words, just because you're friends, doesn't mean you want to follow them and just because you follow them doesn't mean you're friends. That guy also said… In the context of BZ I have to think about things like child porn and sex trafficking. So, he's right, private content is something I can put banner ads on, but it could be a big risk for me as well. I'd rather all content be at least members-only, if not completely public. ———— So the bottom line is that friends are gone. Some of you were using friends like followers now works. To those people – sorry. But many more didn't think of friends that way and turning their friends into followers would be irritating to them. So unfortunately you now have to rebuild what you follow. But on the good side, you can follow all sorts of stuff now.

You lost me. I'm not sure what feature you're referring to. Not sure what you mean by "contect" - content? contact? Are you talking about the "+ Create" feature near the top of the page above (on the sub nav bar near your user name)?

The background processes are complete. So any odd data issues should be taken care of now. Oh, and I've also remembered that Login with Twitter isn't working. I'll work on that tomorrow as well. Using the icon that looks like a paint brush near the top of the screen, choose a solid background – there are currently three to choose from, though I'm considering replacing the blue background with an image background. There's one that's almost black that should work well for you since it's high contrast. That should make things a lot clearer for you. If that's not clear enough, at the bottom of the page there's a drop down on the word "Theme". Click it and choose the Villain theme. It has no transparency, so should be more readable. You can also choose a solid background through a similar process there, but it won't have much of an effect since the text is on solid colors. Please let me know what works for you. I bought the Villain theme just for folks like you since you contacted me last time with similar issues. But then I saw that this theme (Chameleon) has solid backgrounds, so I was thinking Villain may not be necessary. On the desktop version Sign In is just below the logo. On mobile, you click the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner, and it's the first item in the panel that shows up. I'll have to investigate friends. I know this version works differently and during the upgrade process I was asked if I should create "follows" for all friend relationships. They recommended against it since there are implications to following someone and apparently people tend to react badly when it's done. Tomorrow I'll find out whether friends were preserved or dumped in the upgrade process.

Every time there's an upgrade I get comments like that from a small percentage of the users. On the whole, everything you're used to is there, it might just look a little different. If you have a particular issue that's confusing you, let me know.
-
Hmmm… 4 hours in an you guys are quiet about the upgrade. Hope that means you like it. I know the background image looks like crap on mobile. I recommend clicking the paintbrush icon and choosing a solid color background. I'll try to make that the default for mobile tomorrow. I'm drawing a blank on other things to fix, but I'm sure I'll come across them again soon.… But gonna stop for tonight and resume in the morning. Oh yeah, the background processes are still completing the upgrade. I'll let you know when they're done (if they're done before I go to sleep). At that point anything you see that's bugs you, let me know and I'll see if it's an easy fix.

As you can probably see, there was a big upgrade to the site today. For those of you who know a bit about the web, the underlying software has gone from IP.Board v3.x to IP.Board v4.1. v4 was a complete rewrite, so the code is now much more modern (which is a good thing – means fewer problems down the road). The theme (which controls a lot of the look and feel) was also changed. You can change the background image with the little paintbrush icon in the nav bar just under the main nav bar. If the opacity of the page is a problem for you visually, or you're on a low-bandwidth connection, there are solid color options. There's also another theme available if you go to the bottom of the page that doesn't have opacity – just choose "Villain" from the theme drop down instead of Chameleon Dark. (Please say if you prefer that other theme – I probably won't renew the license when it expires in 6 months since the solid color options in this theme are probably sufficient). Please be patient today (Wednesday October 26). The upgrade is designed to let the site to get back and running as quickly as possible, which means a lot of the little stuff has been deferred and now a whole bunch of background processes are running to actually complete the upgrade. So you'll see a number of problems if you look closely, but by the end of the day they should be resolved. If you're having problems logging in and were one of the few users who had their user names changed, login with your "display name" not your original user name. Also, let me know what you guys think of the new chat room feature. It's limited to 5 users right now, but if you like it I'll buy more licenses. If you have questions about anything, feel free to post them here. Just remember that the upgrade isn't completely done until later today.

Breeding Zone Software Upgrade & Interface Changes
rawTOP replied to rawTOP's topic in General Discussion
It's still on my to-do list. I started working on hookup sites, then realized I needed to work on my porn sites first. "Most" of the work is done on the porn sites. This upgrade is actually part of that process. I need to work on common logon and couldn't do that until I had this upgrade done. I'll probably start on the hookup sites April of next year or so (maybe sooner). And Cumdump Network and Public Urinals (similar idea, only for piss pigs) will be the first ones to get done since they're simpler than a full hookup site.
Other #BBBH Sites…
