I've been fucked by cocks with PAs, even quite large ones, and tbh didn't really notice much difference or special effects. There's no nerve endings inside the anus. I do still worry about the potential for damage, though, especially if completely sober! 😁 But also I now have a PA myself. About 2 years old now. Was shockingly painful for an hour or so. Bleeding took 2 weeks to stop completely and felt fully healed and toughened up after 12 months. Advice was to use condoms for 12 months as it would be more susceptible to infection. People should take PrEP. The fact many are, and most HIV+ people are taking meds (u=u) is what reduces the risk for those who don't, can't or forget. But it's not risk free. Taking PrEP helps protect our community as a whole - particularly the young folks coming through who might not yet have had the courage or foresight to get on meds early. I think that's a wonderful thing, compared to where we were a few years ago. IMHO, knowingly and actively avoiding taking PrEP, when you could easily do so, is just taking advantage of others and shifting the responsibility for community safety on to the others who take it diligently. It's not just about personal choices. There's also a broader responsibility, I reckon. 🙏

I was actually surprised when I learned guys meant 'face to face' when saying "missionary". I always equated 'missionary' in straight sex as meaning 'boring'. Great post. I'd agree with and am comforted by this statement in relation to European guys, where healthcare is free or, at least, affordable. Not sure it's so true in the USA, though. Try to use a professional, with long experience and preferably with a background in therapeutic massage. Just to be clear, I'm all for sweat. I love being drenched in sweat at the gym and during sex - hot sweaty summer or sauna sex is the best! Also love showing my sweaty pits off at the gym too, in a singlet (tank) or sleeveless top. Ever since I was a young teen, I've been incredibly turned on by hairy armpits. My first awakening to hairy pits was in a doctor's waiting room, accompanying my aunt around age 12.
