How do I follow a Members gallery album?

If you have questions of this type, check the Tips & Tricks forum. Often someone else has had the same question before. If you don't see it there, you can post a new topic there, or message a moderator.
To follow an album, go to the main album page (it has a title bar at the top and an info panel at the left, as opposed to the album image page which just shows the image with scroll arrows right and left). In the title bar, at the right edge, you will find the button "Follow this content".
