Having read this helpful thread, I got Psyllium Husk fibre with probiotics 4000mg from Amazon. experience some bloatedness initially, but now it makes my routine much easier. Not having to use endless amount of toilet rolls and just a quick douche is sufficient for my next hookup. Thanks guys !

I did not experience any fuck flu symptoms. -
I tried hard not to be poz. But became so after being stealthed. Was rather upset initially. After a while I feel liberated that I am no longer worried about getting poz. A pill a day now is no different to being on Prep. but think carefully, there is still a lot of stigma and ignorance. overall I would rather be negative.
