    He's technically gotten it banned in all of CA after some administrative law judge ruled that porn actors must follow the same guidelines as medical personnel which means protection against "bodily fluids." They fined Kink and TIM for not forcing condom use. While most producers are ignoring it for now or moving NV or FL, others have switched to condoms. I know most here don't care for straight porn, but two of my favorite sites switched to all condoms a few months ago and I promptly dropped them.

Since I don't know the details, I can't say whether he committed a crime or truly got tricked by someone who could have easily passed for 18+. If the latter is true and there is clear proof that the kid claimed to be 18 and could easily pass for 18, then he may get off depending on the prosecutor and/or jury. Whether or not I agree with the law, no piece of ass is worth jail time and a sex offender label. I have enough to worry about than a criminal record.     When it comes to HIV, you'd have to be tested to see if you have gene which provides a good level of HIV immunity. Otherwise, I would say it is just luck. As for the rest, not sure one can be naturally immune to any STDs. While Hep A/B are not considered true STDs, there are vaccines for those. Truly, I've been lucky as well. Had a few UTIs and one case of the clap years ago, but that's it.

    I think so. Never had someone who left that field blank not go bare. Just like if someone doesn't put their HIV status, I will automatically assume they're poz. Of course, I've seen guys on BBRT with a profile on A4A where they're poz or undetectable on BBRT, and negative on A4A.

    I know a few guys who are 100% safe sex. They will not fuck without a condom. Don't agree with them, but I do respect their decision. A lot of guys put "safe sex only/safer only" in their profiles because they don't want to get labeled as someone who engages in risky behavior. Also, I think it depends on what part of the country you're in. I've noticed in big cities and less conservative areas, a lot more guys put in their profiles that they are into bareback or "anything goes." In smaller towns, it seems the number of safe sex only guys is a lot higher. That said, probably 80% of the guys I've hooked up with on A4A have "safe sex only" in their profile and maybe once or twice a year they will insist on a condom at the last minute. Most will go raw without hesitation, or after I tell them I am clean, which is the truth. I have had to sweet talk a few into going bare, but I've never had one say they didn't enjoy it.
