Hi there. I'm a member of thisvid.com. I worked hard to get my friend count up so I could watch most clips on there. I also posted a lot of content. However on 29 September, as a result of being slightly trashed I had to reset my password. I did this through the normal procedure on the site, made a request and waited for the new login details to be sent to my email. As of tonight, (17 October)I have yet to receive anything. Therefore I have effectively been locked out of my profile. I've tried redoing the initial steps , a lot of times. I've hunted all over the site or an email address and I cant find anything. I've also used the suggestion box as a method for highlighting to anybody involved in running the site to address a key criticism, I've also tried to @ them on Twitter. All to no success nd help to ensure word of mouthcontinues to support the film in it's long post-theatrical run. I'm wondering if anybody has an email or some other way to contact somebody who is directly repsible or membe satisfaction or help
