Yeah, you are probably right, that was probably it. I guess if he's fair he must down vote a LOT lot of the stories because there are a ton of stories with a lot more race/cultural content than mine. I try to not really offend people in those ways as much as I can while making the stories as interesting as I know how. But I'm not a great writer as I said before, and I even said in the story that my Spanish is poor... I live in an area where a fairly large percentage of the guys who visit the bookstores are Hispanic, probably better than 1/3 I'd guess. So I'm more than OK with playing with those guys. I refuse no dick or load. My Spanish is slowly getting better over time but I doubt I will ever get to functionally literate.

I wish the guy had just blocked me if he doesn't want to see my content rather than down voting. Some of the words that some sites ban are kind of silly. You can say fuck but you can't say pervert [banned word] or child. So there I hit one of three... I just edited to say that one word, regardless of context gets nuked. I mean at a certain level I understand why sites do it, but most of these words they ban have legitimate uses and not just the negative meanings that got them banned. This site is by far not the worst when it comes to the range of banned words. Some seem to have pretty extensive lists. There are some sites which ban a whole lot of words for being drug lingo related as well. Like I've seen some that you can't put 420.

I could understand the down vote if I had said something that was potentially disagreeable, controversial or offensive. But I am pretty sure I didn't in the post that was down voted. It was a fiction story in one of the more permissive forums and really nothing that extreme or out of the ordinary about it given the general content there. I totally understand that not everyone is going to like every story. I also realize I'm not a very good writer and don't have really great English skills. But I'd never down vote someone for a story even if I didn't like it. Well, maybe almost never. Perhaps if someone wrote something really offensive, but it would have to pretty much be something that would probably be in violation of the rules of the forum anyway. In fact I've upvoted a lot of stories that weren't really my personal cup of tea because I could see the quality of the work or the effort that the writer put into it. I guess maybe others don't view things the same way I do about that. I try to encourage people to be creative and share because there are certainly other people who might think things I'm not into to be the hottest thing ever. And to me that's totally OK. Anyway, I guess I shouldn't take a down vote so personally. But I don't think I'm alone as far as story writer goes that I thrive on positive comments and feedback. And I even appreciate a certain amount of critical commentary as long as it is constructive things I can use to do a better job writing in the future. But just a down vote really doesn't give me any useful information on what I can improve on. I contemplated sending a private message to the person who down voted my story asking them what they didn't like about it, but I didn't think it would be a good idea. It might just piss them off and they might go out and just start down voting everything I've posted. I'm not really big into being confrontational so I was hoping to just be able to fly under their radar if they just have some axe to grind with me about something. Especially since I've got little to no idea what that could be.

Honestly, I rarely get fully hard or stay fully hard except when stroking myself. I've never really had an issue with tops seeming disappointed in that or for that matter really that interested. Some actually seem to prefer a bottom to just have a tiny little nub like I do.

I wish they would do a CumUnion in Austin. Of course if they did it would probably be at a time I couldn't go anyway... but maybe I'd get lucky and able to go, who knows.

I'm all about the anon meetups and bookstore meets. Not really comfortable with public parks or rest stops or public restrooms but I would never say never. "NPNC" and all the people on apps that are about relationships or long term... fine for them, not interested. If they aren't flexible about things then it isn't going to work out. I'm married and on the DL. I have had a bunch of guys cluck at me for that, but too bad. I don't ask them to change and I'm not going to change. Am I a terrible person? Yeah, probably. Whatever.

It is sad that we've lost so many places over the years. And it mostly hasn't been to restrictive politics and religious nuts, it has mostly been due to economic pressures. The dating apps get a lot of the blame, but it has also been the incredibly crazy rise in rents and prices. That's what killed the Midtowne Spa here in Austin, the land in that part of town started getting re-developed and they got priced out of existence. The bookstore on the south side didn't make it much past Covid, they were closed for weeks and then only opened limited hours and didn't make it. The few others that went out of business over the last 10-15 years mostly the same story. We're down to only two places left where you can play. There are several other XXX stores but they don't have booths.

I've heard of the Lido, but not sure where Russian Spa and Bliss are? The only place I've had a chance to visit in the DFW area was the "Bright Lights" bookstore/arcade out near Weatherford, west of Ft. Worth. I stopped at the XXX place right across the Red River from OK on IH35 one time but it is only a video/mag/toy store, no booths or theater. Bummer.

I've heard Atlanta is a great place to hook up with BBC that loves to use fat white boi ass. Alas, I never get to travel to places like that, and never alone when I could actually play.

This is true, although this particular theater it is pretty much allowed for "do the dirty" in the open theater area and not just in the booths. The only places there are cameras are in the common areas like hallways, not in any area where porn is being shown. I know that not all of them work like that of course. As for risk of being caught by law enforcement, I've never heard of any issues with that in at least the past 12-15 years I've been going to the bookstores in the Austin area. LE has other things to worry about so they generally just don't bother. And all of the places still in business are in "no man's land" areas outside city limits in areas where the LE is the county Sheriff's office. I don't know how much difference that makes because I don't think APD would do much either, at least I know they didn't bother Midtowne Spa when they were still around. Now Austin City Code Enforcement.... they might be a problem since places like that theater are generally kind of dirty, run down and broken down. The county is completely lax on that stuff.
