It seems like the Bathhouses I've visited in '24 and Club Saint Louis I visit regularly are better than they have been in years. I always try to get guys on dating sites to meat me at Club. They are very resistant to paying to get in. They won't even let me pay for them to get in. I am sick of going to really nasty dirty homes. I was at the mansion of 2 doctors and they had a plumbing emergency while I was there, the second floor suddenly flooded due to recent bad renovation, a nightmare. Police keep saying they were not murdered. 11 men "accidentally" drowned with all their clothes on in like 3 years, but no one had drowned there before that. I've stayed at InnLeather 5X. I just booked InnLeather April 11 to April 21(suite 4) and The Dungeon for Pigweek '25,11/28 to December 08 2025. I love the nudity, and the friendliness of the patrons. I've written on here about how expensive and rude and patrons and staff were at The Grand, plus you have to be careful about nudity. The difference in price is $200/night more at The Grand or Pineapple Point. I do not party, and yet I had a great time staying at Innleather for Pigweek '24. I roadtrip solo and I even bring my service dog too, which means I walk my dog in the neighborhood day and night. The neighborhood has the biggest Mercedes dealer and a huge Whole Foods as good economic indicators. Great food, gyms, and groceries in walking distance to the Inn. I have a fetish for seniors so I'm good with that, and there are young men too, but they seem to party hard and rarely top me. I've met multi-millionaires and creative artists. I would suggest be ready to top because there are a lot of hot bottoms who are too high to top, but may fist you. There were guests with poz fetish too, even toxic tops and bugchaser bottoms(There are so many, I think they were roleplaying.) Everyday I got offered drugs, I politely say "No, thanks." All male guesthouses are disappearing= FTL lost Cheston House recently. Palm Springs has lost a few too.
