Actually, that particular model who worked for Dick Wadd was flying on Continental at the time, before it became United. My boyfriend was a ticketing agent and was able to switch the destinations and actually give him an aisle seat, so he was happy to fly back from Tampa to Newark. I have seen him since on Linkden, he is Swiss, and back living in Europe.
Funny watching his previous Dick Wadd videos he never looked comfortable and the audio was hilarious, he was still complaining, he didn't like his "costars" or what they were asking him to do. So typical of that dude.

Gotcha - when you have an "in" with the airlines, they can do almost anything to change a ticket (the software generally lets them do all sorts of things that they say their rules prohibit - which is understandable, they have to be able to override things when emergencies happen, etc.). As many airline analysts have noted, many things - like the rule against transferring a ticket to another person, are strictly to make money for the airline, not because any law or federal regulation prohibits them from doing it.
