Sounds more like some one shared some meds with you. I am currently doing the PEP routine. I got a direct blood exposure to my eyes and mouth about a month ago when my poz partner coughed a mouthful of blood in my face. (He was sick and we were waiting on ambulance to ER.) The doctors started me on TRUVADA & ISENTRESS for 4 weeks. Now I am on viral monitoring for 6 months with blood tests. I have noticed some increased emotional sensitivity, and fatigue. Definitely talk to a doctor at and ER at least and get started on the correct meds.

It was PEP that I started, not PrEp, typing error on my part. My partner has been poz for several years, and his levels have been elevated for some reason lately. They really don't think I have anything to worry about. But they want to be safe since I have had a lot of dental work done the past couple of weeks, and the fact it was a blood exposure. I am a bit concerned, but this was an accidental exposure and could not be avoided. I am not going to stress or worry until we know what, if anything, I'm dealing with.

I have just started on PrEP as of this past Sunday. My partner is poz and I am neg. He had a sever nose bleed, and as I was handing him some fresh tissue to try and stop it, he coughed a mouthful of blood that had drained into his throat into my face and mouth as I was talking to him. We ended up in the ER, and since I have recently had dental surgery, they started me on Prep. So far, lots of itching (benadryl helps), some nausea, and one bout of chest pain, but continuing the treatment. Initally it is scheduled for 6 weeks, but may be as long as 6 months depending on what the tests show.

Then decide what you want to do and what chances you want to take. For me, I either meet people in clubs or "adult places" or i do t play unless they can prove to be 19 older, but that's just me.

I agree, get tested as soon as you can and then consider how long it's been since you played bare. I would suggest going to a test center that does a full STD screening. If it's been a couple of months since your last play session and you test negative you should be fine. If you've played within the passed few weeks, then get a second rapid test just before he gets here. Either way, make it HIS decision so you don't get accused of seducing him. And if he's already taking loads, you could always tell him about the bookstores and baths and arrange to "accidently" leave him alone near them and let him explore his curiosity since he is an adult. I'm sure he would jump at the opportunity on his own to check them out and take a few loads. That way it's HIS decision and you are not the only person he was with. That way if he catches something, you can't be singled out, and he made the decisions himself. And with multiple partners in that time frame,you could not say who would actually be responsible. And if you like eating a freshly fuck ass, or group play, you could easily join in at the bookstore or bath. But what ever you do, and how you do it , make it HIS decision.
