After not working out like I'm used to for most of the winter I've just gotten back into doing 6 workouts a week.
Put on 12 pounds. Never been a lean guy and tend to be fit and slightly rounded. I like my body.
It has been rough getting back into working out more often.
I didn't realize how out of shape I am. Can barely get through my 45 minute cardio, without taking a couple of breathers, and having to use lighter weights on my resistance days. Sweatin' like a pig.
Back to my swim suit body.
