    Whilst there are usually nuanced, well thought out answers on these forums, I always wonder what people really expect the general consensus for a question that reads "should I fuck raw" (no matter the other factors) would be...I have seen response equating to "no" but my completely unscientific hunch [I have been around the forums for > 10 years] is that on this forum the consensus for "should I fuck raw" is usually "yes, so long as it is legal".

    I find a lot of virtue signalling, to be honest; I'm sure there must be a fetish of some sort where condoms turn bottoms on - there really is a fetish for anything after all - but I'm yet to actually encounter anyone with such a fetish. In all my years, I'm yet to encounter anyone who will claim they like the feeling of using condoms at all and even the most ardent safer-sex advocates have usually said to me that in an ideal world they'd prefer bare.

    Back when I'd bottom more, they really only had to either ask or just put it in for there to be no condom; I guess I never really "insisted" - and in fact, I can't think of any people I had sex with more than three times who didn't either fuck me bare or I fucked them bare. These days I just make it clear that if I fuck them/you, it's uncovered; to be honest I think that still turns some people away (although I suspect they would change their mind if we met up and then negotiated the safe sex thing) but I don't want to deal with the drama and although I'm mostly top these days, I don't particularly "like" dominating/forcing as such so if they're playing the game where they want "to be forced (but with consent)", it's not really my cup of tea.

    I've had that happen as a top (and years ago, when I would bottom); as a bottom I'd usually take it as a compliment. There are just some types of feelings that will make me cum fast; and others that won't.
