First of all those numbers, although they aren't great, aren't bad. You're a long way from Dialysis. Before making a decision, I'd like a few more numbers and a bit more history. What's your normal fluid intake? do you have any other medical problems? Hypertension, Diabetes, etc. What other medications are you on. Things like that. I'd continue taking PreP but watch closely. Increase my water intake and go from there. -

Disappointed and frustrated about podcasts and blogs.
