To Sam_puppy and Npguy: don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

None of us get paid to write this. We all have lives that can get busy or complex. (Often times, we have to do extensive field research for these stories...) Sometimes we write ourselves into a corner, and need to abandon the storyline. if you want a complete, edited and proofread story before all the chapters are posted, well, you will need to be very very very patient.

There are a lot of stories I wish would have continued, but for whatever reason, the author has moved on, either to other stories or other things. I am just thankful my favorite authors have shared a some of their fantasies and hope every day that they come back written something new to share. From my own perspective, complaining is the best way extinguish what little motivation I have to write after a long day.

Before you complain again, try writing one yourself.

For whatever it's worth (probably less than a cup of coffee at Starbucks), I totally agree. Anybody can write junk; it takes skill to write good fiction. Try pounding out 500 words describing a sex scene [ok, pun intended] and tell us how much time it took. And being slightly (or very) tweaked while doing it doesn't improve your skill in writing narrative or dialogue.

Frankly, after oh so many years of fucking around, my impression is this: There are normal guys and there are inconsiderate morons, who often exhibit a stunning level of both disregard of others (not reading profiles, ignoring preferences etc.) and cognitive dissonance. But IMHO that's just how the world is and has nothing to do with serostatus.

I couldn't have said it better. I'd only add that the odds of encountering a guy who hasn't read the profile, etc. increase exponentially as the night grows later.

i'm simply grateful that folks have the skill and desire to write the stories that are posted. Keeping the plot lines straight in your mind is no small feat. Yep, there are plenty of them that seem to be abandoned (often the ones that have pulled me into the story), but those are the breaks.

this is one of the hottest stories i've read here. the easter egg hunt idea is really creative (and more than a little twisted as well). thanks for writing, Barratboy, and along with everyone else, i'm eagerly awaiting the next installment.
