Do you refuse tops that insist on condoms

As a sub bttm who lives to serve I let tops know upfront my pref is bb and no pulling out, I have had a few who say they only play safe …. once they have condoms it’s their choice. However thus far not one has followed through and used a condom. It could be the thought of shooting their load in which ever hole they want too irresistible. If I do have a top that uses a condom he won’t be fucking me for very long -
