You really shouldn't beat yourself up about it. We all have bad meets, and some (light) bleeding sometimes is inevitable. It's more likely if the bottom has haemorrhoids, some other kind of anorectal condition or an infection. You might want to get an std screen if you're worried. -

Herpes infection is highly variable - I have a systematic infection (not sexually transmitted) and take daily prophylactic antivirals to prevent flare ups. You know, really, all this 'advice' so far is very personal - every cock and cocksucker is different. Not everyone is going to respond to the same techniques.
