I've got the Mr S Leather VAC-U-LOCK Leather Harness. It wasn't cheap but tops that have worn it with my larger toys say it's comfortable to wear and very adjustable. The only issue is that it's pretty much only for vac-u-lock compatible toys. But most of the larger ones come ready for that now anyway.

Depends on how desperate I am to get fucked. If there's no raw cock on offer and I just need to get used then I don't care. But it's a last resort kinda thing.
