this is a really interesting thread - with some great responeses (particularily @garsento). Apologies if this is in the wrong place, or if there is a existing thread out there, but what are your (anyone's) thoughts about guys on PrEP that do actively seek out unmedicated HVL tops? is there any data as to truly how strong Truvada is against HVL? i will admit, i still very much get off on bug chasing, but for now, PrEP is still my form of safe sex.
