No matter if it's dildo play alone in the shower or a good Top, always get a little blood. Anyone else? Any suggestions other than "stop fucking"? Doesn't bother me and it's not enough to be noticeable. Just curious if anyone else experiences it.

i don't think so. don't feel any. i think it's from the intense cleaning out that i do and all the dildo play to make sure i'm clean-clean. i think.

Sounds like you've got a fissure, there are various creams and suppositories that you can use to heal it up. I have one, but the bleeding occurs for only a short time, then heals up.  best thing is to use plenty of lube

More to the point, worth getting checked my a g.i. Doc and find cause.  Unless your intense cleanout includes soaps or brushes, a rinse out normally should result in bleeding.  It might simply be part of your own physiology.  But get a professional opinion.

You definitely need to get checked out by a GI doctor. You're WAY more at risk of contracting HIV if you're bleeding when getting fucked.
